This event will take place over four days, available from Saturday, August 5, at 10 am local time to Tuesday, August 8, at 8 pm local time. With this being such a short event window, there is still a lot you'll want to take advantage of, but don't worry, we've got you covered with all you need to know to do just that.

Event Wild Encounter Pokemon

Like other events offered in the past, there will be specific Pokemon that will have an increased likelihood of spawning in the wild. For the Glittering Garden Event, t💜his includes a variety of Grass and Fairy-type Pokemon, each bein🃏g a part of the in-person Pokemon Go Fest 2023: London and Osaka spawn pool.

ꦰEac🐈h of these event wild encounter Pokemon can be found below.

This will be the first time that Shiny Petilil will be available in Pokemon Go.

In addition to the Pokemon above appearing more frequently everywhere during this event, there will be a different Pokemon each day that will have their spawn rate increased in parks specifically.

Each of these Pokemon can be found below with💦 the day that they will be featured in parks.

Event Bonuses

During the Glittering Garden Event, there will be four different in-game bonuses available to all players. Below you can find each of these bonu🌠ses active during the entire duration of this event.

• Hatching Pokemon will earn you 1.5 times the Candy
• Hatching Pokemon will earn you 1.5 times the Stardust
• You will obtain hearts in half the distance with your Buddy Pokemon
• Higher chance of obtaining Candy XL when walking your Buddy Pokemon

Event Research

Field Research Task Encounters

You can collect different Event Field Research Tasks from vis🐭iting and spinning PokeStop Photo Discs during the Glittering Garden Event. Those that reward you with Pokemon encounters for their completion will pr𝓰ovide you with a chance to catch one of the four Pokemon listed below.

• Foongus
• Roselia
• Petilil
• Tangela

Event Timed Research

There will be free Event Timed Research available to all players who log in and play Pokemon Go during this event window. The tasks for this Event Timed Research will mainly pertain to hatchi𒁏ng Eggs and exploring in Pokemon Go.

All tasks must be completed and rewards must be claimed before the end of the Glittering Garden Event.

Event Egg Pokemon

There will be a change in the Pokemon that can be hatched from 2 km Eggs acquired during this e𝓀vent window. Make sure to collect and hatch this specific type of Egg for a chance to acquire the following six Pokemon.
