168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon Go is on the verge of introducing a new generation of critters to capture, but before that happens there's some business to finish in gen two. The mythical forest fairy Celebi has finally made an appearance. Just like Mew before it, Celebi won't just appear at your convenience. You'll have to take on a series of quests to make it appear.
The game has changed a bit since Mew, however, so Celebi brings some new ways to challenge trainers. In particular, the Friendship and Trading mechanics play a big part in getting Celebi. So as you start these quests, be sure to make some friends, save up Stardust, and grab some Grass-types. Keeping those preparations in mind, here's how to find and capture Celebi.
How To Get Celebi In Pokemon Go?
To obtain this time-traveling pokemon, you must🔯🥃 follow the next steps:
Step 1
Professor Wiไllowꦯ starts you off with some general tasks as your quest begins.
- Power Up Pokémon 5 Times
- Battle In A Gym 2 Times
- Battle In A Raid
These are pretty self-explanatory, especially if you've been playing the game for a while. Powering up a Pokémon is as easy as the push of a button. For the gym battles, you don't even have to fight through the entire gym. All you have to do is get to the part where you toss out your Pokémon against the opponent. Then you can run away and save yourself some potions and revives. Similarly, you don't actually have to fight in a raid battle. All you have to do is click on the button to spend your raid pass. That means you don't have to worry about getting a group together. You just need to use your free daily pass.
Step 2
Here is where you'll see the theme of this quest line emerge. Since Celebi is a time-traveling forest-dweller, its quests involve a lot of Grass-type Pokémon and tasks that span several days. One of each type is present in Step 2.
- Make 3 New Friends
- Evolve And Evolved Grass-type Pokémon
- Catch A Pokémon 3 Days In A Row
It's worth noting that you don't actually have to friend entirely new people. You can delete and then re-add your current friends, and your friendship level will even remain intact. If you like making new friends, there are various Pokémon Go communities that are dedicated to sharing friend codes and trading. . For the Grass-type evolution, you're looking for Ivysaur, Grovyle, Bayleef, Nuzleaf, Skiploom, Weepinbell, Lombre, our Gloom. Skiploom should be the easiest at the moment as gen two Pokémon are spawning very frequently due to the Johto Festival. You're also probably better off holding onto Gloom for the next task.
Step 3
Things are still easy here, but they're about to get time-consuming.
- Use a Sun Stone To Evolve Gloom Or Sunkern
- Reach Level 25
- Hatch 9 Eggs
You just got a Sun Stone as a reward for Step 2. And if you're lucky, you have a Gloom at the ready. If not, Sunkern are spawning like crazy as part of the Johto Festival event. They're already worth catching because they have a chance of being shiny, but the added bonus is that it'll be extremely easy to get enough candies to evolve one. It's likely you're already past Level 25, but if not you can always pop some Lucky Eggs and go on a catching spree. As for hatching nine eggs, I hope you like walking.
Step 4
It's the halfway point! And yet the walking has just begun...
- Evolve Eevee Into Espeon During The Day
- Walk 10 km With Eevee As Your Buddy To Earn Candy
- Send 20 Gifts To Friends
Hopefully you were playing during the last Community Day and got a nice shiny Eevee or two (or eight!). If not, you'll get one from the previous quest. To evolve an Eevee into Espeon, you need to make it your buddy and walk with it for 10km. Make sure you get notifications that you received two candies before evolving it. Then, with it still as your buddy, you need to evolve it during the daytime hours. As you'll notice, that's exactly what the first two tasks require you to do. So just by completing the first task, you'll have also done the second. And while you're walking your Eevee, you can send gifts to your friends.
Step 5
That Eevee walking t🌟ook a while, huh? Well guess what? You have to do it again.
- Walk 10 km With Eevee As Your Buddy To Earn Candy
- Evolve Eevee Into Umbreon At Night
- Trade A Pokémon
You're going to do the exact same thing as the last task but with one key difference. After you walk 10km with a new Eevee buddy, you're going to hit that evolve button at night. It has to be dark outside for Eevee to become the Dark-type Umbreon. Again, doing that will get two tasks done at once. Trading isn't hard, it only requires a friend (which you got during Step 2) and a hefty amount of Stardust. You can trade for some rare Pokémon you missed out on, or you can just trade a Pidgey for a Pidgey, save yourself some Stardust, and move on to Step 6.
Step 6
The end is almost in sight! Aaaaand now you'll be waiting a week to advance.
- Visit PokéStops 7 Days In A Row
- Use 25 Pinap Berries While Catching Pokémon
- Use Items to Evolve Pokémon 2 Times
You know how to spin a PokéStop. So just do that every day for a week. Make it a nice little routine, spinning that stop whenever you get coffee before work or when you're going home for the day. All that spinning should provide a decent amount of Pinap berries. Keep spinning until you get 25, and use then when trying to capture Pokémon. Finally, use items to evolve one of these: Slowpoke, Poliwhirl, Sunkern, Gloom, Onix, Scyther, Seadra, or Porygon. You should already have four of the necessary items thanks to the previous quests, but if you accidentally trashed them you can easily get them by catching Sunkern as part of a Johto Festival Field Research task.
Step 7
You're almost done! Fortunately this penultimate step is actually easy and not too time-consuming.
- Catch 40 Grass- or Psychic-type Pokémon
- Make An Excellent Curveball Throw
- Earn A Gold Johto Medal
Catching Grass and Psychic-types should be a cinch, especially if you're doing this quest during the Johto Festival. Natu and Sunkern are pretty much everywhere, so go get them! The gold Johto medal can similarly be earned by catching the many Gen 2 Pokémon around the world. For the Excellent curveball, try to pick a big Pokémon that stands closer to the screen. It'll give you an easier target.
Step 8
Catch Celebi
You've done it. I have nothing more to teach you. Now go capture that elusive little onion fairy.
