Remote Raid Passes are now available to any and all Pokémon GO players. Here's where to g൩et them and how to 💃use them.
As quarantine rolls on in most areas around the world, Niantic continues to try and make 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon GO easier to play from home. So far it has done that via eliminating the 3 km walking e🐻ntry fee for its Battle League and extending t🥃he duration of Incense, among many other things.
The latest addition to Pokémon GO's social distancing measures are Remote Raid Passes. As t💃he name suggests, these passes allow trainers to access and compete in Raid Battles without actually going to the gym at which they are taking place. These pass🐟es can't simply be found or earned though, and there are also a couple of differences between Remote Raids and regular ones.
At the moment, Remote Raid Passes are only available in the Pokémon GO shop. They cost 100 PokéCoins each, or a bundle of three can be purchased for 250 PokéCoins. So that any trainers who want to give the feature a try can do so, they can currently buy three passes for a single PokéCoin one time only. Additionally, trainers cannot ho𒐪ld more than three Remote Raid Passes at a timဣe.
The passes can be used to access Raid Battles as far as the eye can see. Once a pass has been purchased, click the "Nearby" option in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Slide right to bring up nearby raids, then choose which on𒐪e to take part in. That will transport trainers to their chosen raid where they will need to press "battle using a Remote Raid Pass" to take part.
There are some key differences when compared to regular Raid Battles, however. Only ten trainers will be able𒀰 to take part in the Raid at a time as opposed to the regular 20. Niantic has also confirmed that once the pandemic has passed, even though Remote Raids will remain, that number will be reduced further to five participants. On the bright side, the damage that Raid Pokémon normally inflicts is decreased while battling remotely.
