Webster doesn't do anything terrible or outlandish, but th🐷e fact that he makes you got through all this effort and all you get is an HPཧ Up item, and either TM50 (Nightmare) or TM44 (Rest) is slightly frustrating.
5 💯 Best: Profess🅘or Elm
It was unclear going into the second generation of games if Professor Oak would be returning or not. Trainers quickly learned that each region is home to a professor with the last name relating to a species of tree. Professor Elm was the intelligent man who calls the Johto reꦕgion home and gave the players a sense of purpose, as well as a starting Pokémon. He's much more youthful than Professor Oak, but also seems to be much more clumsy. Whereas Oak is an experienced researcher, Elm seems to still be trying to get the hang of things.

Falkner using Pidgey's evolutionary line instead of Hoothoot's is frustrating, but it doesn't hold a candle to the Cianwood City gym leader's selection. The Fighting-type gym leader named Chuck that resides in Cianwood City calls himself a master of the typing, yet he doesn't use Johto's two best Fighting-type Pokémon, that being Heracross and Hitmontop. Instead, he went with Primeape and Poliwhirl, two solid Pokémon in🌟 their own right, but they're Kanto native species. Heracross can never catch a break in the franchise.
