There are almost 1,000 Pokémon in existence as of now, and that means the variety that we have in these creatures is absolutely massive. We have a literal key ring, nothing is off-limits. As such, there are many that would make pretty great pets. Sure, there are some awful ones too, try raising an indoor Steelix. Today though, we're going to be going over the ten best Pokémon that we'd like to ha🍌ve as pets, ꧃ranked. Let's get into it.

10 Audino

Pokemon Audino

Audino just seems like a Pokémon that would 🌄be nice to have around. Audino are the Pokémon that accompany Nurse Joy in Unova, so of course, they're going to be caring Pokémon. Those gigantic ears are also listening to see how you♐ feel, Audino is working its best to make sure that you are happy. What a guy!

That's going to be a theme on this list. There are many Pokémon that w⛦ant to make sure that their trainers are happy, so why wouldn't you want a fantastic little animal like that on your side?

9 Oricorio

Oricorio

Oricorio is absolutely ridiculous, it is just wonderful. Oricorio comes in four different forms, all of which are based on a different tꩲype of dancer. These Pokémon dance for themselves, other Pokémon and people, especially if they're sad. They want to bring joy to the world through their dance. How great would it be to have this entertainment around you 100% 🐷of the time? Oricorio is such a weird Pokémon, but it's also making a statement, a statement that we can all get behind. Oricorio deserves the world, and getting to have this Pokémon as a pet would just be a treat.

8 Gengar

Pokemon Anime Gengar

Having Gengar as a pet would be absolutely awesome. You could be a menace to society💝 and get away with all of it.

With a ghost of your own, you can do just about anything that you want. You want to terrorize you neighbors? Send your friends into cardiac arrest? All of that i🍎s possible with Gengar. He's a huge ghost with some fantastic power. Gengar isn't ideal in all ways of being a perfect pet, he'd probably be just horrible a solid 90% of the time, but he is certainly an interesting one with some odd benefits.

7 Rapidash

rapidash

Rapidash would be a great pet to have for quite a few different reasons. First of all, his weird friendship-activated flames wouldn't hurt you, so that's great. That means that you can ride this flame horse around everywhere, how cool does that look? You'll look cool, get places fast, what more do you need? Plus, if you somehow manage to fit this gigantic horse into your room at night, he'll probably provide some gr🎃eat heat if you like to be warm when you sleep. If you like to be cold, it's probably a better idea to keep Rapidash in the Pokéball.

6 𓃲 Cor꧂viknight

Pokemon Sword and shield corviknight wild area

Do you need someo🐼ne t𝕴o not be anywhere near you? Just sit next to your Corviknight and the entire room will just clear out. There is no remorse in those eyes. After you drive an entire room clears out, Corviknight can then fly you through the Starbucks drive-through and you can each get Caramel Macchiatos together.

Corviknights work as a taxi service in the Galar Region, so they can easily transport you wherever you need to go, ౠand beyond that, can intimida꧋te any person that you need to. What a fantastic pet!

5 Sylveon

If there are negative things happening around Sylveon, it will use its positive aura to affect everyone around it. It also wrap༒s its feelers around its trainer's arm when they walk together, which is probably the cutest sentence that has ever fallen upon anyone's eyes, ever. Sylveon is absolutely wonderful, and would be a wonderful pet to have, even if we do not deserve it in the slightest.

4 Mew

Pokemon-Lets-Go-Mew-Cover

Mew would be an awesome pet to have around for a number of reasons, with one of the biggest plusses being that Mew has the DNA of ev🍰ery Pokémon inside of it, meaning that it can transform into any of them at will. This is a trait that it shares with Ditto, but the catlike form of Mew is a lot more appealing to have around the house over a blob of... of Ditto. It's a lot less messy.

Anyway, that transforming could probably com🍷e in handy for a variety of different uses. Mew also just seems like a positive lil guy🅺 to have around when you need some encouragement.

3 Lugia

Lugia_The 10 Strongest Pokemon That Don't Evolve

Lugia can confidently fly you into a hurricane if you'd like it to, its the God of the Seas, that's pretty awesome. Lugia is an ab💜solute beast, and being able to soar around in the skies on the back of it? Incredible. Lugia would probably need a second house built for it due to its size, but that's no problem considering what you're getting in exchange.

2 Gardevoir

Pokemon Gardevoir

Gardevoir is literally read😼y to destroy the entire world, if not galaxy, for its trainer. If 🅰Gardevoir feels like its trainer is in danger, it won't hesitate to, get ready, open an ENTIRE black hole to defend them. Well, that's sweet. It makes absolutely zero sense and would destroy everything that Gardevoir holds dear within seconds... but that dedication has to count for something.

1 Dialga

Dialga_The 10 Strongest Pokemon That Don't Evolve

Dialga is literally a personal time machine, yeah, that's a No. 1 on the list. Need to rewind? Pause? Fast forward? Dialga has you covered. Time travel is always going to be the best power, because it means that you can never lose. Not once. Dialga has also been s♊hown to be able to fly around in the movies, so that's another bonus for this already completely overpowered Pokémon. Without a doubt, Dialga is the ideal pet from the of Pokémon.
