168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Legends: Arceus is a breath of fresh air for the Pokemon series of games, bringing semi-open-world maps, new battle mechanics, and a whole cast of interesting characters. Throughout your journey you'll be meeting people from the Galaxy team, and the Pearl and Diamond Clans as you explore the Hisui region and work on completing the first ever Pokedex.
With a lot of new characters to meet, some of whom have a striking resemblance to characters in previous Pokem𒁃on games, there'll also be a lot of dialogue. Some people have words of advice or ancient wisdom to pass down, others are trying to swindle you out of your hard-earned money (side-eyeing you here, Bagin), and some people are simply trying to discover, or re-discover, themselves through talking with you.
11 Gotta Catch ‘Em All 🐲
"That's right—catching just one isn't enough. You need two, then four... then more and more!" - Akari/Rei
This quote from Akari or Rei, depending on which gender you choose for your character, truly sums up the nature of the game, which is all about catching Pokemon! You’ll be tasked with completing the Pokedex which will require you to catch at least one of every Pokemon in the game, which can be a tricky challenge with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:how rare some encounters are.
While you only really need one of each Pokemon to complete the Pokedex, catching multiples will make the job easier, as otherwise you’ll have to focus on dꦏefeating them, feeding them, or seeing them use certain moves.
10 🐷 The Secret Back Strike T♍echnique
"There's a secret technique to catching Pokemon, you see. It's what I call the Secret Back Strike Technique!" - Volo
This piece 𓄧of advice from Volo will make catching,⭕ or defeating, Pokemon a lot easier, as catching a Pokemon unawares will increase the catch rate of thrown Pokeballs or will allow you to make the first moves in a battle.
It also serves as a clever bit of foreshadowing dropped in by the writers, as well as being a piece of advice brought by one of the few people outside the Galaxy team w🌼ho actually uses Pokeballs.
9 ꦗ 🉐 Bagin’s Knowledge
"You can carry around even more in that satchel✃ of yours if you learn the trick to packing thin🐈gs in." - Bagin
You’ll be hearing this line a lot, spoken by 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of Legends: Arceus' most hated characters. What has Bagin done that’s so horrible? Has he stolen Pokemon? No. Kicked you out of the vi♛llage? Nope. Had an unfairly large team of Pokemon that he uses to battle you? Worse.
Bagin will charge you a fee to teach you how to store more items in your satchel. And the f൲ee gets larger each time you use his services. Given how important crafting is in this game, you’ll be wanting that satchel space in order to pick up materials, so you’ll be shelling out a not-so-small fortune to Bagin.
8 Miss Fortune Sisters’ ꧅Introducti𝔍ons
"We're the infamous bandit trio, the Miss Fortune sisters—and your luck's just run out!" - Charm
While the Miss Fortune sisters certainly aren’t 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the most das𓆉tardly of Pokemon villains, they do have a certain charm to them (pardon the pun). This trio is annoying with their antics, always swooping in at the worst times jus൩t to mess up your plans of quelling nobles or fighting gods, but their humorous introductions do offer a bit of levity that balances out how annoying they are. Unless you hate wordplay, in which case you’ll be groaning 💟twice as much.
7 Solaceon Ruins Texꦯt
"All lives touch other lives to create something 🐎anew and alive…" - Solaceon Ruins Wall
A lovely piece of wisdom, courtesy of the text on the wall of the Solaceon Ruins, which is read to you by C🌜alaba. By helping her retrieve the missing fragment of the wall Calaba realizes the meaning of these words and allows you to help Ursaluna, and later gain him as a rideable Pokemon.
These words are a nice reminder to have, especially if you feel alone or that your life doesn’t have an effect on anyone else’s. All of our lives are interconnected, like tꦐhreads weaving a tapestry. All our lives hav♋e meaning to them.
6 𝓡 The Nature Of Time
"Time is all about change, and we can't live in fear of that—we can only try to help the time we live in change for the better." - Adaman
The nature of time can be a daunting one to think about, and this quote from Adaman sums it up pretty succinctly. It can be scary to think about how time is continuously passing by, bringing change along with it, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t use our time to affect change for the better. While the leader of the Diamond Clan is described as not having the sharpest intellect, he does have some ༒wise things to say.
5 Laventon’s Advice 🌞
"As a wise man once said, 'Trust in yourself, and you will find your way.'" - Laventon
Some words of wisdom from Laventon, and a welcome reminder for whenever you&rsquoꦍ;re feeling some self-doubt. Trust in yourself, trust in the process, and remember that things will work out in the end. And if they aren’t working out now, it ju๊st means that it isn’t the end yet.
4 Hidden M🦩oves 🐈
"She is so at home on a cliff face, one might think she ღknew some secret—some hidden move…" - Ingo
Ingo is onꦍe of the Wardens of the Pearl Clan, and like you is from the future, but he doesn’t have much memory of h🅺is life before being thrust into Hisui. Despite saying “All aboard,” a lot, he doesn’t even remember that he used to be a Subway Master, but spending time with him seems to help him remember some vague things about his past.
Sneasler specifically seems to almost trigger the memory of HMs, but doesn't quite. However, it’s probably for the best that Ingo can’t remember much from his life before arriving in Hisui, as it would likely cause him quite a bit of angst to remember all that was left behind.
3 🍸 🐎 Wisdom From Melli
"Embracing the complexity of both ourselves and the world can onl𓆏y help us grow." - Melli
Whether you love Melli’s antics or consider him🌺 to be one of the more annoying characters in the game, Melli speaks the truth when he talks about embracing our innatꦿe complexities. Everyone has biases and contradictory opinions, and it does us more good to simply embrace the fact that we have them, rather than try to convince ourselves that we’re paragons of rationality.
2 More Words Of Wisdom𒉰 From Laventon
"It's like I always say: 'Behavior is a mirror that reflects one's true nature.'" - Laventon
Some more advice from Laventon, one that can be a helpful remꦑinder to look past the mask of words and platitudes that people offer, and to instead look at how they act. Be it from a friend who is acting sad but insists they’re okay, or someone who does me♛an things but says that they don’t actually mean it, the way that one acts can provide a lot of insight into their nature.
