As 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:rumors swirl around the possible Pokémon Let's Go Johto games and whether or not they even exist, it starts to bring questions to mind. One of those questions is: Which Pokémon would grace 🙈the cover of these so far fictional games? There are plenty of possibilities, and today, we're going to look a few of them. Let's get into it.
10 Magby
Magby is one of the several baby Pokémon that was added to the Dex when the Johto Region came into the fray. It's a cute Pokémon, for sure, and emphasizes the aforementioned babies that took up a large chunk of the new creatures found in Gold & Silver. It also harkens back to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Kanto Region, wh🎉ich is something we already know that Game Freak loves.
9 Elekid
Who better to pair with Magby than Elekid? The two lines have been tied together ever since the beginning, starting off as single-stage Pokémon in Kanto, Magmar and Electabuzz, before gaining baby forms in Johto and new evolutions in Sinnoh. If Maꦑgby is on the cover, it goes wit💯hout saying that Elekid would join it.
8 Pichu
One of the most likely candidates to grace the cover of a set of Let's Go Johto games is without a doubt the adorable Pichu.
The baby form of Pikachu, Pichu is adorable enough to grace the cover while still having enough mainstream recognition to its name simply by look💖ing just like Pikachu. Maybe we could bring back Spiky-Eared Pichu for the game's mascot. Make it happen, Game Freak.
7 Togepi
Almost as recognizable as Pichu due to its prominent role in the anime is another Pokémon great for the cover, Togepi. Togepi is the epitome of baby (and babey) Pokémon, and would slot into a partner role very well. Give it a bunch of overpowere༺d moves just like the partner Eevee, and we've got a fantastic starter right here.
6 Igglybuff
While not necessarily as recognizable as some of the others on this list, Igglybuff is still another wonderful little baby Pokémon that would be great to star on the cover of a Pokémon game. Look at the little balloon, so precious. It still has a little⛄ recognition due to its evolution, Jigglypuff, but, it really doesn't need it. It's adorable enough in its own right. It would also pair very well with another Pokémon that we'll see a little later on the list.
5 Ho-Oh
Hey, who said that the covers had to feature small, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:first form Pokémon?
Just because the original Let's Go games did doesn't mean that sequels would have to. The games could go old school and feature the original Pokémon Gold mascot, Ho-Oh. This one wou🍃ld definitely pull at the nostalgia strings of potential buyers, another thing that we known Game Freak just loves. This would be a surprisღing choice, but not a bad one by any means.
4 Lugia
Of course, if we're bringing Ho-Oh back for the cover, then it has to be paired with its cover legendary sibling, Lugia. The original Pokémon Silver mascot, Lugia carries a ton of recognition with it, even appearing on the box art of another Pokémon game, the Gamecube's 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Lugia is an iconic Pokémon that fans adore, so you really can't go wrong with t𓆉his one.
3 ✱ 🦩 The Starters
Another route that the games could take would be simply bringing back the original Gold & Silver starters and putting them on the cover. Every single one of them is adorable enough, so wh♑y not?
Which two they would feature would be a mystery, but no matter which way you cut it, one of these Pokémon would be cut short and not get a box art feature if this was the route that Game Freak took. Unless they release an enhanced Blue version a year after the originals. No, that would never work, that's ju🅠st unrealistic. That's never been done before.
2 Cleffa
Cleffa is a star that deserves all the attention in the world. Look at🅘 this thing, it has absolutely no idea what's going on, and it is just perfect because o🦂f it.
Cleffa could pair very well with Igglybuff, as, similarly to Magby and Elekid, tꦦheir lines have shared a sort of pairing every since the first generation. Clefairy was almost the mascot of the entire franchise at one point, so let's give this line the recognition that was stolen from it.
1 Mareep
Mareep is a wonderful little Pokémon, and as such, has more than earned itself a spot on this list. If the love that the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Galar Region's Wooloo was shown is any sort of an indicator, people love sheep. More specifically, people love s🐽heep Pokémon, and Mareep is the original. A trendsetter, really. An adorable little trendsetter. While it would be sad if Mareep couldn't evolve into the absolutely fantastic Ampharos, Mareep's already adorable little form would be more than enough for players.
