Something about its design doesn't speak to people, even those really into Ghost-types. A new regional form or evolution could take this design concept to the next level and play around with the colors and layout of its design. Being made 𓆉of multiple other things could result in a horrifyingly delightful new P𝔉okemon.
8 Spinda
Spinda from a design perspective is one of the unique cases in the Pokemon franchise where they did something and hoped people would discover it. Each Spinda has a unique collection of spots on it and no two are alike. This makes each one f🌺eel special and different to the trainer who catches it.
By giving it an evolution and implementing the same type of uniqueness gimmick it could retain Spindꦦa's value in terms of ownership, but at the same time ma🍌ke the tiny panda a much more viable fighter when it comes to Pokemon battles.
7 Relicanth
Pokemon as a franchise now has a track record of turning many of their ugly or boring fish Pokemon int♎o giant sea creatures with a commanding presence. They're often quite powerful and show how potential can manifest itself in incredible way𝓰s.
Relicanth is based on real-world ancient fish that have been around forever. Its physical base stats are much better than one would assume, but the Water and Rock-type has so much room to grow and its aged design featur🌠ing d🃏ark browns and tans could result in a leviathan rivaling the look of Gyarados.
6 Delibird
Delibird is an adorable Pokemon with a nice typing combination of both the Ice-type and Flying-type. Its real issue is its base stats which are all abysmal and are similar to that of base form P🅠okemon.
With a creature who doesn't evolve into anything, it makes Delibird unusable and forgettable. A 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:new regional form or evolution could elevate this cute gift giver into something trainers find more viable, and at the very least will remind people that Delibird exists. It has♛🀅 so much potential if given the right opportunity.
5 Noctowl
Noctowl is known as the Owl Pokemon, but it should be labeled as the Missed Potential Pokemon. On top of ditching a beta design that was much more menacing and intimidating, the designers also chose to make it a Normal and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Flying-type.
This is an odd choice for a Pokemon based on a creature who is nocturnal and spends most of its time moving in the dark. Making it a Flying and Dark-type seems like💖 a no-brainer andꦚ fans are hoping this comes true in the form of an alternate regional version of Noctowl.
4 Dunsparce
It's said that it's good to be loved or hated, but when people feel indifferent about something, that's when it's time to worry. Dunsparce is as indifferent and insignificant as Pokemon come. 𒉰The land slug with tiny wings, is screaming about the potential this thing has.
Like Magikarp, it reads like a creature who's a struggle to love and/or train, but those who put in the time are rewarded with a powerful creature. That hasn't happened yet and Dunsparce is left without an evolution or a new regional form that adds interest upon its basic Normal-type existenc🧸e.
3 🦂 Paras/Parasect
Out of all the original 151 Pokemon, it seems that Paras and Parasect are the most underrated and overlooked Pokemon. It'd be hard to🃏 find someone who considers it their favorite, despite its design theme being so interesting.
The Pokemon is actually the mushroom spores on the back of the crabs. A regional variant of both Paras and Parasect could go a long way in making the Pokemon more interesting. Changing one of its types to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Dark-type to reflect how si🍰nister and vile it is as an organism could 𝔍help with a possible spookier regional form.
2 Hawlucha
Hawlucha is a Pokemon that do♏esn't lack energy or charisma but could use a refresher so people could appreciate its chaotic luchador existence. Its typing of Fighting and Flying is spot on, so it seems that an evolution for it feels more fitting.
It should fully lean into the wrestling theme of its design and the inspiration could be 🅺making a creature that looks like the "face" or good guy to counterpart the "heel" or bad guy that Incineroar was designed to encompass. It could spark a rivalry between the two that could be used in marketing and merchandising.

Before the release of the seventh generation, many felt the Bug and Fighting-type should have received an evolutionary form, whether pre-evolution or secondary-evolution. At the very least it obtained a Mega form🌄, but those were fleeting and fans are still hoping the ninth generation's region is 𝐆kind to the Kanto native beetle.
