Moreover, players will only be ablಌe to claim gems, sync orbs, and medals if they do so within three days of completing a challenge. All login rewards, which are reset at 11 am every day, are sent to players' Present Box. So, if players are already logged in, they must return to the Pokemon Center to claim their gifts.
