If some✅one said there was a Pokemon based on a Venus Fly Trap the assumpt𒁃ion would be that it probably looked super cool, or at the very least terrifying. Bellsprout and its evolutionary line are unfortunately the subject of sexually explicit memes and jokes and therefore have been relegated to nothing but punchlines for unsavory jokes. Its Grass/Poison dual-typing is overshadowed by more beloved creatures with the same combination of typings in the same region, like Vileplume or Venusaur.
3 Minior
The easiest way to identify if a Pokemon happens to be avoided or ignored is if most people reading its name can visually identify it or not. There's a good chance that most people reading this list had to quickly Google search the name "Minior" to get a refresher on who this Pokemon is exactly. That alone should let people know just how often people catch this creature.
