Items have been a part of the Pokemon series since the beginning, with evolutionary stones being nece🐻ssary for some Pokemon to evolve as far back as generation one. Items played an even bigger role in Generation Two, as they could be held to give Pokemon advantages in battle.

Pokemon TCG: 𓆉The 8 Most Valuable EX Era Booster Boxes
You'll find plenty of shiny Pok✅emon in the EX era's most expensive booster boxes.
Over the years as the series has continued, a wealth of items have been added, and there are now hundreds of different things to discover and use on yo🐬ur Pokemon. Not all items are equal, however, as Oran Berries are commonplace, but you could go through entire playthroughs of games without ever encountering some of the rarest. These are the least common items in Pokemon history.
Updated July 17, 2024, by Andrew Scariati: Some of the rarest Pokemon items can only be obtained once per playthrough, on certain days, or through an unusual series of steps. We've included new limited items that will test your patience if you want to dedicate the time to earn them.
12 The Crac🍨ked/Chipped Pot From Generation Ni🐭ne
Without a guide, you might spend quite a while looking for where to find a Cracked and Chipped Pot in Pokemon Scarlet &𝔉amp; Violet, but it's not impossible. Head over to Porto Marinada and check in at the auction house until you eventually come across the pot you need.
You can change your Switch's time by setting it back by a few minutes and reloading the Porto Marinada map area to refresh the Auction House inventory.
However, without manipulating your device's time, you must wait until you get lucky at the auction house to get this item. If you own the Indigo Disk DLC, you can also get this item at the Item Printer. After all the hard work, you'll be rewarded with a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:fantastic Ghost-type Pokemon.
11 🍬 The Curry Ingredient Gigantamix From Generation Eight
One of the new mechanics introduced in Pokemon Sword and Shield was curry making, which allowed you to use ingredients pu♚rcha𒐪sed or found in the Wild Area to cook curries that would heal your Pokemon and increase their friendship.
There's even a Curry Dex to complete.
Most curry ingredients are pretty easy to come across - things like Instant Noodles can simply be purchased from the ingredients vendor in the Wild Area. Gigantamix, however, is incredibly uncommon. It drops very rarely from Max Raid Battles, and you can go hundreds of Raids without e🙈ver seeing it. Fortunately, only one curry in the Dex requires it.
10 The Old Gateau From Generation Four 🦄
The Old Gateau is a healing item that cures a Pokemon of any status condition. These days, it's more widely available, but if you want to have it in a Generation Four game, you've got your work cut out for you.
It can be obtained once from the Old Chateau in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, but the only way to obtain it renewably is from a Pokewalker area that could only be unlocked through a Japan-only event, so you're probably only ever going to have your one sample from the Old Chateau.
9 The Lucky Egg ꧅From Generation Three
Another now-commonplace item that was tricky to obtain in older games, the Lucky Egg boosts the holder's XP gain and was held by only five percent of wild Chansey in FireRed and LeafGreen's Safari Zone.
The best encounter rate you can get on Chansey is four percent, meaning you have a one in 2000 chance of getting a Lucky Egg Chansey on any given encounter.
If you want a less RNG-dependent method, you can get a single Lucky Egg by beating the entirety of XD: Gale of Darkness, then completing a lengthy postgame quest to restore Bilbo's Wobbuffet's voice.
8 🗹 Sacred Ash From Generation Two
This one is pretty simple - Sacred Ash is held by 100 percent of wild Ho-Oh. The issue presented with this is obvious - there aren't many wild Ho-Oh. Because of this, you're essentially limited to one Sacred Ash per game, and you'll have to track down and catch the legendary bird every time you want to obtain it.

Pokemon TCG: The 10 Most Valu𓃲able Cards In Primal Clash
Groudon and Kyogre's eternal stru❀ggle rages on in Primal Clash.
Sacred Ash revives and fully restores the HP of all fainted Pokemon in the party, after which it is consumed. That's right - even after tracking down a legendary Pokemon to get your hands on some, you can only use it once.
Considering the Sacred Ash's scarcity, it might be smarter to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:teach your Pokemon healing moves so they don't faint as often.
7 ꦍ Sacred Ash From Generation Three
Though there's only one Sacred Ash available in Generation Two when you catch Ho-oh, it's even harder to get in Generation Three's Pokemon Emerald version. The only currently available method to acquire a Sacred Ash is by earning it as a reward from the Battle Pyramid.
While catching a wild Ho-oh isn't necessarily an easy task, grinding this Battle Pyramid – a place well-known for using AI that cheats – is far more daunting. Unless you have a lot⛎ of patience and skill, getting a Sacred Ash in Pokemon Emerald is a massive headache.
6 𒈔 Brick Piece From Generation 🔴One and Two
This might be the strangest item on the list. The Brick Piece is generated when you trade a Machop from a generation one game to a generation two game, requiring you to have access to some of the oldest games in the series. After being tr🔜aded, the Machop will suddenly be holding the item.
As for what it does, the Brick Piece's entire purpose is to be sold. It's considered a "valuable item" like nuggets or pearls, but unlike those items, the Brick Piece sells for a measly 25 PokeDollars.
5 The Enigma Berry Fr🃏om Generation Three ♔
The term "E-Reader Berries" refers to a set of event-only berries that were obtained through the Gameboy Advance's E-Reader during generation three. Some of these berries were available in the We෴st, while othersꦑ were Japan-only.
To obtain an Enigma Berry, you'll need to not only have gotten your hands on an E-Reader berry but give it to a Pokemon and transfer that Pokemon to generation four.
Nowadays, Enigma Berries are a bit easier to get, but back🌄 in the older generations♋, it was a lot of hoops to jump through.
4 A Manaphy Egg From Generation F♚our 🐽
Unlike many of the items on this list that returned in later generations, the Manaphy egg has remained hard to get throughout the entirety of the series. Back in generation four, if you wanted one to hatch a Manaphy from, you'd have to beat the entirety of Pokemon Ranger.

Pokemon TCG: The 9 Most Val🌸uable Black & White Era Booster Boxes
The most valuable products from Black & White are loaded witꦗh fantastic Pokemon and Trainers.
When the Sinnoh remakes rolled around i🎃n generation eight, Manaphy eggs were a little easier to get at first - they we🐬re simply given out as a reward for playing early.
That window has now passed, however, and Manaphy eggs are entirely unobtainable.
3 The Regi Dolls From Generation Three🍃
Generation three brought secret bases to the Pokemon franchise, giving you a space to make your own and decorate. You could obtain various pieces of furniture and decor to spruce up their dens, including dolls of various Pokemon.
Most Pokemon dolls were of regular Pokemon, but the Regi trio did have obtainable dolls. They were a Japan-exclusive E-Reader event item, but those in the West could technically get them by mixing records with a Japane🗹se game.
