Popular Pokemon plushes are hard to find regardless of the time of year. A number of new sleeping plushes were added to the Pokemon Center earlier this month, and while most weren't quite as popular as Eevee seems to be, the Cubone added to the collection has be𒆙en a big hit. Not only because it's downright adorable, but also beca▨use the harrowing backstory invented for Cubone more than 25 years ago is present in the plush's descr🐲iption.
Sleeping Eevee Plush
Pokemon has a range of slightly bigger-than-usual s🦹leeping plushes, its most popular creations💧 being made a part of it. Eevee absolutely fits that description, hence it being one of the first Pokemon to get the sleeping plush treatment.
Look closely at the Sleeping Cubone and you'll see a single tear has formed in the corner of its eye. That's because it's dreaming about its mom according to the Pokemon Center product description. Pretty sweet unless you know about that aforementioned Cubone history. Pokemon lore revealed long ago that the skull Cubone wea🤡rs on its head once belonged to the mon's deceased mother. So yeah, a plush crying about its mom while wearing her skull is pretty darn heartbreaking.
