168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon Sword and Shield recently received its first batch of DLC with the Isle of Armor, which added a whole range of new content including a new area, story quests, Pokémon, features, and more.
Fans were excited to see that some of the Pokémon from older generations were finally making a return to the game, though disappointingly there are many fan-favorites who are still missing. In particular, there are many Pokémon from the third generation that fans are still anxious to have back, so check out these ten Hoenn Pokémon that should have been included in the Isle of Armor.
10 Kecleon
Kecleon was one of the first Pokémon to be unveiled to fans for generation three, alongside Wailmer and Azurill. Kecleon is a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Normal-type Pokémon that does not evolve into any other form.
Like the chameleon that inspired it, Kecleon can change the color of its body to camouflage itself. However, it can never change the color of the red zig-zag stripe on its tummy, meaning that it can never turn truly invisible. A purple Kecleon has been used in the anime and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon Mystery Dungeon titles, thoug🏅h with no explanation why as of yet. Making this purple Kecleon a Galarian variant would have🅠 given fans the answer.
9 Plusle/Minun 🥂 𒉰
Plusle and Minun are two separate Pokémon but they are clearly related in some way based on their shared visual similarities. They are both known as the "cheering Pokémon" and neither have any other evolved forms. Both are 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Electric-type, with one taking on the role of a ♍positive charge and the other being a negative charge.
Interestingly, these two Pokémon share the same base stat total, but the points are distributed differ♎ently. Plusle's stat distribution makes it more offense orientated, while Minun's stats make it more defense orientated.
8 Beldum
Beldum is a Steel/Psychic Pokémon that has two further evolutions, Metang at level 20, before its final evolution of Metagross at level 45. Though fans are eager to have Beldum in the game, it actually has the lowest catch rate, making it the only Pokémon to have a catch rate of 3 that isn't a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:legendary.
Sword and Shield currently includes a Steel/Psychic-type in the form of Bronzor and it💞s evolution of Bronzong, but fans would have much preferred to have Beldum included as it's far more popular.
7 Absol
Absol is a Dark-type Pokémon and although it has no other evolutionary forms, it did receive a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mega-evolution in generation six. Absol is a firm fan-favorite due to its rather cool appearance, so fans were hoping it would be added in the Isle of Armor and receive an even more awesoꦕme-looking Gigantamax form.
Absol is said to appear where disasters occur and its previous locations in other games seem to support this. Hopefully, there will be some kind of trouble in The Crown Tundra, the next DLC, ⛦and maybe Absol will appear there.
6 Spinda
Spinda is a Normal-type Pokémon that has no other evolved forms, but fans have fallen in love with it due to its variation in spot patterns, with its Pokédex entry explaining that "No two Spinda have the same pattern of spots".
Adding Spinda into the game would really please fans as it would allow players to go on their own Spinda hunts to gather as many different 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:unique patterns as possible. It would have been a great alternative if Spindas were the Pokémon that players had to hunt down in the Isle of Armor instead of Digletts.
5 Poochyena
Poochyena is a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark-type Pokémon that evolves into Mightyena starting at level 18. Poochyena is a very popular Pokémon with fans as it is absolutely adorable and gives off some werewolf vibes. Unfortunately, it appears the Isle of Armor quota for werewolves was filled with the addition of Rockruff and its🌞 evolv✃ed forms.
Its name appears to be a mixture of the word "pooch" and "hyena", much like its mixed appearance. Despite being a popular Pokémon, it actually has the lowest base stat total 🍃of all of the Dark-t🍨ypes.
4 Relicanth
Relicanth is a very ꦏawesome loꦍoking Pokémon that appears to have been inspired by the Coelacanth, an ancient type of fish that was long believed to be extinct but is actually still very much alive.
Relicanth is a Water/Rock Pokémon that has no other evolved forms. It likely isn't high on the list of Pokémon to re-introduce as the Water/Rock-type is currently fulfilled by Drednaw, the evolved version of Chewtle, both of which were new to Sword and Shield.
3 Treecko
Treecko was one of the Hoenn region starters, fulfilling the role of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Grass-type. It has two further evolutions, evolving into Grovyle starting at level 16 and then Scepti꧂le💮 at level 36.
Though Treecko has the lowest base stat for Defense out of al꧃l of the unevolved starter Pokémon, it still remains a f🍸an-favorite. Starter Pokémon are often the focus of shiny hunters, so many players want the starters for all regions added so they can go on a shiny hunting spree.
2 Torchic
Torchic was the168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Fire-type starter for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and is arguably one of the cutest Pokémon in existence. It evolves into Combusken at level 16, before finally 🍒evolving into Blaziken at level 36, who is also a fan-favorite.
Torchic is the only starter Pokémon to have a gender difference in itไs unevolved form, though admittedly, it is barely noticeable. The male version of Torchic has a black spot on its rear, which is essentially just one pixel and very easy to miss🐽.
1 Mudkip
Mudkip was the most popular starter out of all of the Hoenn starters and has remained very popular in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon community, ev𒉰en going on to influence a commonly used meme. Mudkip is the Water-type starter and it evolves into Marshtomp at level 16 and then Swampert at level 36.
The Alolan starters were added to the Isle of Armor DLC via the Diglett trainer, so fans are hoping another set of starters will be added in The Crown Tundra. With any luck, it'll be the Hoenn starters.
