Regardless of how you do it, maxing out the Speed can give you massive potential to sweep, as it essentially guarantees you the first move.
8 Neutralizing Gas 🥃
Another 💮ability that's seen more often in Doubles battles, Neutralizing Gas can perhaps be more useful when used with tꩵhe right Pokemon.
Weezing's new signature ability nullifies the effects of the abilities of Pokemon on the field. While that allows for a level playing field on paper, most Doubles players bring out a Weezing next to a Pokemon that has 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:an ability with negative effects. It's helped unleash Regigigas' f🍸ull potential by suppressing꧂ Slow Start, and that could also work in theory with a Pokemon like Slaking and its Truant ability.

It works particularly well with Urshifu since it's a physical attacker and has a♛ lot of physical attacking moves in its arsenal. They're great abilities to have, especially for two Pokemon that have solid but not incredible offensive stats at 100 in both Attack and Special Attack. That's especially great when their respective types are some of the strongest in the game, particularly with Electric on the offensive side, and both have signature moves of that type to put it to use (168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Thunder Cage, Dragon Energy).
5 🌳 Quick Draw 🌠
T🦹he Galarian Slowpoke line introduced two very unique abilities, and while Slowking's Curious Medicine is certainly a curious case, Slowbro's Quick Draw has much more practical use in battle.
Quick Draw is essentially a Quick Claw as an ability, giving Galarian Slowbro a 30% chance to move up in its priority bracket. While the ability relies a bit on RNG, Slowbro has solid-enough defenses for the turns it doesn't activate. Still, that's a big help for the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:measly 30 Speed, and most players further add onto t🏅hat by tacking on a Quick Claw.
4 🔥 Gorilla Tactics ꦯ
Speaking of abilities that function li🉐k💜e held items, Galarian Darmanitan's new signature ability functions pretty much exactly like a Choice Band. Gorilla Tactics boosts your Attack by 50% but locks you into one move.

You can give yourself a nice jo💝lt of Speed with the Scarf, or double down on the power with the Band. Either way, it's a great alternative to Zen Mode, and one of the main reasons why its user's been banned from regular competitive play.

As One's effects are unprecedented in that it combines two abilities: Unnerve and either Chilling Neigh or Grim Neigh. Chilling Neigh i🐻s Glastrier's signature ability, and it's essentially Moxie in a different shade, boosting your Attack after knocking out an opponent.
Grim Neigh is Spectrier's signature ability, and it works the same way but with Special Attack. Fuse either Glastrier or Spectrier with Calyrex, and you get a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:supremely powerful Rider Forme that rocks with As O♕ne as an ability. That's a far cry from base forme Calyrex's plain Unnerve ability, which is much too situational to be usefu💜l.
2 ♊ Intre♓pid Sword & Dauntless Shield
Two more Legendary signatures and these are the best of the bunch despite arguably being the simplest. Zacian's Intrepid Sword boosts its Attack by a stage upon entry. Zamazenta's Dauntless Shield boosts its Defense by aꩲ stage upon entry. Simple, but boy, is it effective.
There are some points of comparison between the two. While Dauntless Shield certainly helps Zamazenta, it's a bit situational if it's facing a special attacker. Meanwhile, Zacian is guaranteed to hit like a truck with every move it makes since all of its best moves are physical, therefore ﷽relying on its boosted Attack stat.
1 Libero
While this is an exact replica of another starter-exclusive hidden ability, that doesn't make it any less effective in battle. Cinderace's Liber꧃o is a one-to-one recreation of Greninja's Protean. And just as Protean made Greninja an absolute monster in competitive battling, Libero is a big reason why Cinderaceꦺ is currently banned to Smogon's Ubers tier.
Libero, as you might have guessed, changes Cinderace's type to the move it's about to us🥀e. Not only does ༒that guarantee STAB for every attacking move, but you can maneuver Cinderace's defensive type to whatever fits the situation.
