As is the way of the world, some Pokémon make you feel bad for even fighting them. This is often a twisted trick as most of these 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:adorable creatures usually packs a heavy punch to go along with it. Then you have the other side, the ones that you♋ see across the field and the confidence drops a little. The Galar region has brought players a whole new roster of sweet to scary to explore.

Updated June 23rd, 2020 by Meg Pelliccio: With the recent release of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon Sword and Shield's first expansion DLC, Isle of Armor, players are flocking back to the Galar region to discover all of the new content that is on offer from the expansion pass.

Of course, alongside the new features and story content, there are even more Pokémon. As well as returning Pokémon from previous titles, there are now also more Galarian forms, brand new Pokémon, and new Gigantamax forms too. It's time to take another look at the cutest and scariest Pokémon the game has to offer, especially as there are some new faces to the roster.

16 ✅ Scary: Galarian Corsola

The Galarian version of Corsola turns the once adorable pink and happy coral Pokémon into a deathly looking 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ghost type. This haunted-looking creature is even scarier when you consider the conꦫnotations of💛 its change in form.

It's no secret that the world's oceans are in danger and that includes the coral reef too. The Galarian Corsola is a warning of the possible future of our own reefs, with its Shield Pokédex explaining, "Sudden climate change wiped out this ancient kind of Corsola."

15 Cute: Hatenna 🦩

One of the best parts of any new Pokémon game is stumbling across Pokémon that you have never seen before, and it's especially rewarding when those Pokémon are absolutely adorable. Of course, Pokémon Sword and Shield made this experience even better by having the Pokémon visible on the overworld,ꦰ so you could see them running at you.

This was the case when it came to Hatenna, a cute little psychic type that you can't h🌺elp but fall in love with. This Pokémon has two further evolutions, as well as a pretty cool Gigantamax form for its final evolution.

14 Scary✨: Galarian Slowbro

With the release of the Isle of Armor DLC, some more classic Pokémon received a Galar region make-over, but it wasn't necessarily for the better. Though Slowbro was never the most attractive of the Pokémon roster, he looks even scarier now that his shell is on his hand as if he's prꦯepar𝔍ed to lay some serious hurt.

Wꦏith his new Gal🥃arian look also comes a new type, with Slowbro now belonging to the Psychic/Poison family, whereas before his type was Psychic/Water.

13 🌳 🍎 Cute: Applin

Applin is an adorable little Pokémon that players can receive from a quest in Pokémon Sword and Shield as well as find in the wild. This unsuspecting Grass/Dragon type looks deceptively innocent but has the potential to evolve intꦉo one of two awesome forms depending on the item given to it.

The great thing about this cute little Pokémon is that its shiny form is green, so it can imitate both red apples and green apples. However, itꦡ's best you don't bite into this guy by mistake.

12 Scary: Galarian Meowth ๊

One of the scariest Galarian variants to grace the screens of Nintendo Switches all over the world has to be Meowth. This popular Pokémon is looking a little worse for wear, looking particularly wild and💧 untamed and sporting a brand new beardജ.

It's almost as though it's some type of prehistoric Pokémon with its caveman-like look. What makes it even scarier is that it is prone to running at players when it sees them in order to engaꦺge ♌them in battle.

11 🔴 Cute: Kubfu

Kubfu isn't listed as a Galar Pokémon as he apparently hails from some distant faraway land. However, the states that Kubfu was once native to Galar and as players receive him in the Galar region, he's getting a well-deserved mention for his absolute adorablene🌟ss.

Players are given Kubfu as part of the new story content in the168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Isle of Armor DLC. This lit🎃tle fight꧋ing type bear can pack a punch, but he's also super shy, which makes him all the more adorable.

10 ♏ Scary: Corviknight

Corviknight soars above a grassy field

The most daunting taxi ride available today, this flying/steel Pokémon has a look that could increase t🦩he heart rate of most trainers on the trail. Luckily their temperaments don't match the shielded body they fly around a⛦ll day.

Intimidating enough at its 7-foot normal size, these Pokémon have a Gigantama𒆙x form that puts them at over 46 feet tall. Any soul that's brave enough to get on the back of that deserves major respect points, just don't stare into red soulless eyes.

9 Cute: Galariཧan Po♈nyta

Is this even fair? the Galarian Ponyta looks like the most adorable stuffed animal of the bunch. Ta⛦king away the usual roaring embers of Ponyta and replacing it with a purple cloud-likᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚe mane really sets the bar high for the other horses around.

Its shy nature and healing properties compliment the wholesome image. The psychic type attacks don't require any physical aggression, not that it has mu🍸ch to offer anyway. Standing at 2 feet tall ♛it also shrinks a little from its original form, what trainer doesn't like a pocket-sized horse?

8 🤪 Scar꧒y: Morpeko

The scariest thing about Morpeko is that you could put it on either side of this list depending on how hungry it is. The hungrier it gets the darker things will get, li𝔉terally✨. Its type will change from electric to dark matching its purple skin and red eyes.

Now most of us hꦿave fallen victim to being hangry from time to ⛄time but with Morpeko it's more of a looming threat to keep it's belly full. The last thing you want is your Pokémon waking up on the wrong side of the bed looking like that.

7 ꦯ Cute: Alcremie

If we're being honest, most fairy Pokémon fall somewhere in the top end of the cuteness scale, from Marill to Swirlix, it's been proven time and time again. Alcremie defies the norm by be♎ing the evolved version and the cuter Pokémon, usually the stronger the more formidable they look.

Saying that Alcremie is not to be taken lightly, especially in its Gigantamax form. Even then who's running away fro🔯m a humongous cake? The best thing about Alcremie is the berries that decorate its body, it gives them as gifts when it trusts its trainer.
