Hailing from the Unova region featured in Pokemon Black & White, Accelgor has a design that screams speed and movement. The pure Bug-type is known as the Shell Out Pokemon and exudes the energy of a warrior brimming with a sense of mystery and cool rare to the world of Pokemon. It's said to fight with ninja-like movements, which explains why its speed rating sits at 145, much higher than any other stat it has at its disposal when looking at the base numbers.

The second of the two legendary Galar region dogs makes the list as well, as Zacian comes in noticeably faster than its defensive-minded counterpart.
