With the recent leak that reveals the , fans of𒊎 the Pokémon franchise have a lot to talk about. Many fans are excited that their favorite Pokémon will be back for the new game, while some are upset that Pokémon they didn't love so much in previous games made the cut.

Although a lot of people are talking about the Pokémon that they're upset won't be returning to the game, not many people are focusing on the Pokémon that we will be getting in Sword and Shield's Pokéde🅰x. Some of these are great news while others we could honestly do without.

To see 5 Pokémon we're excited to have back and 5 that we're not so๊ happy about, keep reading!

10 🌱 H🔯appy: Charizard

Considering so many starter Pokémon were cut from the Pokédex, we're excited that at least one starter from a previous generation made it back. Even though we're still stuck without Squirtle, Mudkip, and Rowlet and have no way to import them into Sword and Shield, there is one that made the cut.

Because Charmander is still going to be in the game, it means that we've still got Charizard. If you're looking to keep a really powerful Fi🦹re/Flying Pokémon in your party, you'll be excited to see th💝at Charizard is going to be in the Galar region.

9 𝕴 Not: Vanillite

There are some Pokémon that have been released with past generations that have some really unique, unusual designs. While some Pokémon fans just can't stand these ♒strange creatures, ꧋some of them are pretty cool!

Vanillite is an Ice-type Pokémon that was introduced in Generation V. While this Pokémon is definitely an example of a strange but oddly kind of awesome Pokémon, we're still not all that happy it was brought back. Considering Alcremie is a new Generation VIII Pokémon that's being added that looks almost the exact same, it feels unnec🅷essary.

8 Happy: The Eeveelutions ꦫ

While most other Pokémon have one Pokémon that they evolve up into, there are a few that are different and can evolve up into a different Pokémon . Anyone who is a fan of the Pokémon games will know that Eevee is definitely the most vari🀅ed in how it can evolve. Because of that, keeping a few Ee💃vees in your party is always a must.

This entry in the list isn't a single Pokémon that we're excited to have back, but a whole bunch of them. Luckily, when the Pokédex for Sword and Shield was being created, every ꧟Pokémon in Eevee's evolutionar﷽y chain was kept.

7 Not: Meta🍸pod

There are a ton of really useful Bug-type Pokémon in the franchise. Any seasoned player of the franchise will know that you should keep a variety of different types in you🉐r party at all times. After all, you never know what kind of trainer or Pokémon you're going to stumble across in the wild.

But, of all the Bug-type Pokémon they could have kept in the Galar Pokédex, why Metapod? Yes, it evolve🔯s up into Butterfree, but even Butterfree isn't the most powerful of its type. With other, more versatile Bug-types like Paras being cut, we're pretty bummed that Metapod made it.

6 🌼 Happy: Snorlax

What would a Pokémon game be without Snorlax? This Pokémon is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of the classics fromܫ the f🌃irst generation. Anyone who played the first couple generations' Pokémon games will know💎 🌺that getting a Poké Flute to wake up a Snorlax and catch it is quite an accomplishment.

And considering Munchlax, the Baby Pokémon that evolves into Snorlax, was only introduced in Generation IV, we're glad that they didn't get rid of this Pokémon entirely. It has appeared somewhere in every previous game and we're excited to see where it will be in Sword and Shield.

5 N🐓o🐽t: Trubbish

There are a lot of weird Pokémon designs. Whil🥀e some are totally awesome and unique, some of them just have us scratching our heads and asking why they were ever made. In the case of Trubbish, a Poison-type Pokémon that was introduced in Generation V and resembles a bag of garbage, it's definitely the second.

While most people are upset that their favorite Poison-type Pokémon like Grimer and Arbok were left out of the game, not everyone is paying attention to the fact that Trubbish somehow made the cut. Luckily, they leꦍft in some other good Poison-type Pokémon like Mareanie and Koffing.

4 🌸 Happy: Honedge ♋

Honedge is one Generation VI Pokémon that might not make every fan happy to see back. The fact that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:this strange Pokémon was kept while so many fan favorites were left out of the Sword and Shield Pokédex has got to sting.

But, there's a reason that we're happy to have it back! Think about it - the game is called Sword and Shield. Yes, the new Legendary Pokémon, Zacian, is holding a sword in its mouth, but how silly wou꧙ld it have been if they had left an actual sword-shaped Pokémon out of the game?

3 🍸 Not: Dhelmise

There are some Pokémon that we just don't think would fit in very well in any other region of the Pokémon world. Dhelmise is a Pokémon that was introduced in Generation VII, the same generation of the Pokémon franchise that gave us the Alola region. Although Dhelmise is a pretty unique Ghost/Grass Pokémon, we have to admit th𝓡at it would probably not make much sense in the Galar region.

Because the Alola region is a group of tropical islands, the fact that there was a mysterious anchor-like Pokémon floating around out there was cool! It's one Pokémon that many people probably expected to be left in the Alola region, like Comfey, but it was confirmed to be back in th🔯e Galar Pokédex.

2 📖 Happy: Mimikyu ♌

Mimikyu is a dual-type Ghost/Fairy Pokémon that was🅷 introduced in Geenration VII. This Pokémon resembles Pikachu butﷺ in a creepy way. It's wearing a raggedy Pikachu costume and no one really knows what it looks like underneath it.

Even though this Pokémon is definitely on the scarier side, we're excited that such a unique Pokémon made the cut for the Sword and Shield Pokédex. This Pokémon may be pretty scary, but it'♏s definitely a♈ good thing that they didn't decide to ditch it after a single generation.

1 🥂 Not: Mr. Mime 💟

Mr. Mime is a Pokémon that was introduced in the fi𒁏rst generation of Pokémon. Although it's one of the ♒original 151 Pokémon that were ever created, the nostalgia just isn't strong enough to make us happy to see that this Pokémon is among the returning ones.

Considering the fact that so many great Pokémon have been left in past games, the fact that we got this creepy and not a𒀰ll that powerful Pokémon is a litꦿtle bit of a bummer.
