move reminder

Perhaps the easiest and most convenient move tutor is available in nearly every city at absolutely no cost. This would be the Move Reminder, who also functions as the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:immensely useful Name Rater. You’ll find him in the coffee shop ꧒in every Pokémon Center with an Indeedee sitting next to him, ready to teach your🍨 Pokémon any move it learns during earlier levels.

While this might seem useless to most trainers, nearly every Pokémon has at least one secret move that they only learn from this tutor because they either 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:evolve far later they w🦄ould naturಌally learn it, or can only be caught at higher levels. He also does this for free, so if you want to change your moveset and don’t have any great TMs, it’s always worth taking a look if there’s a hidden move that you can.

5 Pledges: Hamme🦩rlocke ꦬ

There are a lot of moves that only Starter Pokémon can learn, but one of the easiest and most powerful you can teach them all🅠 are the pledges. Water Pledge, Grass Pledge, and Fire Pledge are all taught by a man in a pink vest for zero cost, at the bottom of a staircase near the Western exit to Motostoke.

These moves each have an impressive 80 power, but by using multiple during Double 🍌Battles you can use them together to raise its power to 150 and cause unique battlefield effects, such as increasing your odds of secondary effects when combini♍ng Fire Pledge and Water Pledge. Double Battles aren’t common in the main story, but even on their own, they deal enough damage to replace many early moves.

4 ⭕ Ultimate Moves: Wyndon ও

The same man from Hammerlocke ꩵalso shows up in Wyndon’s park leading up to the Battle Stadium, but this time has a set of attacks with raw power for any starter’s final evolution. These would be🔥 Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Frenzy Plant, which each have a whopping 150 power at the cost of missing your next turn after using it.

Past games required you to have 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:maximum friendship with your starter to learn these moves, but this time around the tu♐tor can teach it without any cost, making these moves easier than ever. The drawback can be major, but using it with Dynamax will get rid of the drawback and maintain the same ludicrous power, making these moves more🍸 usable than ever.

3 🔜 Steel Beam: Motostoke ✨

One of the newest moves to Pokémon Sword & Shield is Steel Beam, an intensely powerful special move that deals 140 damage that any Steel-type Pokémon can learn. This is a cost-free move that only requires your Pokémon to be Steel-type, but the tutor is much more hidden than the other tutors. Once you go down the long steps, you’ll find a young man in a white coat ready to teach.

2 💞 Draco Meteor: 🧸Circhester

The friendly man in the pink vest has one last appearance in Circhester, standing just near the famous Hero’s Bath in the center of the city. The move he teaches is a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon-type attack called Draco Meteor, which has 130 power and decreases the user’s Special Attac🧸k stat by two stages after use.

Much like the Ultimate Move🍃s, this move used to require your Pokémon to have a maximum happiness value to learn the move, but this time around you can teach it to any Dragon-type Pokémon. Since many Dragon-types can be quite weak at early levels, having this powerful move can give you a huge advantage in♏ your regular playthrough.

1 ♍ Armorite Moves: Master Dojo

The last and newest Move Tutor is exclusive to the Isle of Armor DLC, showing up in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Master Dojo right next to the Restricted Sparring entrance. Rather than a small set of moves, this character has one move for every Pokémon type that each has brand new effects, mostly themed around the rare Battle Terrain effects that were introduced in Pokémon X & Y.

This is the only Move Tutor who requires payment, which in this case Isle of Armor’s new resource Armorite Ore. You’ll need to give him five of these, which you can find as sparkling items on the ground and in most 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Max Raid Battles on the Isle of Armor.
