Of all the things the Crown Tundra added to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Sword & Shield, the new Dynamax Adventure mode is easily one of the most popular. Alongside being an entertaining game mode, the greatest appeal for most trainers are the classic Legendary Pokemon at the end of each run, each with unusually high shiny rates compared to past Pokemon games.
That being said, the legendaries are hardly the only worthwhile thing to get from these raids. You can take home any Pokemon you catch, and many have rarer moves an🌊d abilities than your a🍒verage wild Pokemon. If you’ve gotten your fill of legendaries, or just want a rarer teammate, try looking for one of these powerful Pokemon along your path.
10 Ditto
Whether you’re a casual player or a competitive trainer, it’s impossible to understate the importance of having a strong Ditto in your collection. Most 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon breeders will love this one because of its guaranteed high stats, as all P🍒okemon found in Dynamax Adventures will have at least three maximized IVs to help you use Ditto for any breeding purposes.
However, casual players will also appreciate this Ditt𒉰o for its Hidden Ability, Imposter. This allows Ditto to immediately transform into its opponent without using a move, meaning it can be an even stronger fighter than your average Ditto. Add on some good held items like a Focus Sash or Choice Scarf to make an utterly unique and flexibl🐠e teammate.
9 Coalossal
Much like Ditto, Coalossal’s greatest benefit is in its breeding capabilities. All three of its abilities will all𒐪ow you to hatch eggs in your party twice as fast, meani𝄹ng you should probably have one. That said, you don’t need one from a Dynamax Adventure to accomplish this.
Instead, this Coalossal’s high stats and guaranteed ability of Steam Engine makes it a strong contender for double battles. Having a fast ally use Surf or Aqua Jet while Coalossal has a Weakness Policy will double its offensive stats while giving it an int🐠ense speed boost, and it can run past most fast foes surprisingly well with only one activation.
8 Stoutland
Stoutland is one of the more underrated 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:common Normal-types from the Pokemon series. While not as iconic as Rattata or adorable as Skitty, the Stoutland line has more competitive prowess than nearly any of its peers thanks to solid all-around stats, and has access to diverse moves like the elemental Ice, Fire, and Thunder 🍷Fang moves for great versatility.
This Stoutland in particular comes with the great benefit of the Scrappy ability, which lets it hit Ghos🗹t-type opponents with Normal and Fighting-type moves. This was an ability found on Mega 🐽Evolutions like Mega Lopunny in past games for its remarkable effectiveness, and Stoutland can utilize it with its attached Giga Impact move.
7 Talonflame ♊
Talonflame is one of two Flying-type competitive staples available through Dynamax Adventures. Its signature Hidden Ability, Gale Wings, gives it a unique boost of speed with all Flying-type moves, and while a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:recent nerf caused it to only work at full health, it’s st🐈ill a great way to get support moves like Tailwind or Roost to start theꦉ turn.
This rare ability aside, th♐e Dynamax Adventure version of Talonflame is also filled with TR moves that make it slightly more cost-effective than just grinding Max Raid Battles on the Isle of Armor for one. Access to Flamethrower, Steel Wing, and Hurricane gives Talonflame many options for however you want to build it, regardless of your current Watts to buy TRs with.
6 Pelipper
The other top bird is Pelipper, an unsuspecting powerhouse from Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire. This big-mouthed pelican on🦩ly became strong with the dawn of Hidden Abilities, where it gained Kyogre’s signature ability Drizzle to cause rainfall when sent out into battle.
This ability was exclusive to a legendary fo𒁏r a reason, and that’s because teams can capitalize on the weather to wreak havoc on opponents. This Pelipper itself is quite effective thanks to Weather Ball being a 100 base power Water-type move in the guaranteed rain, but it’s a great starter for anyone wishing to make a team with a powerfully competitive theme.
5 Frosmoth
As the evolution of the first Pokemon in the Crown Tundra’s Pokedex, Frosmoth is essentially the face of this Scotland-inspired region. Its Bug and Ice-type combination might seem unimpressive, but this gives it the freedom to two move types that rarely overlap, and this one even gets the free mov♔es of Hurricane and Weather Ball for extra coverage an𓆏d strength in rainy situations.
This Frosmoth also carries the ability Ice Scales, a unique effect that halves all Special Attack moves dealt to it. Frosmoth is already weak to most Flying and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fighting-type moves, but this ability gives it perfect protection agains♍t most of its other weaknesses. Adding an Assault Vest item can give it an even better defensive boost, making nearly any Special Attacker struggle to take it down.
4 🌱 Gala♒rian Weezing
There’s a lot of good to be said about Galarian Weezing, especially as the Dynamax Adventure version shares a trait with Pelipper by having an ability otherwise exclusive to legendaries. Misty Surge used to belong to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Tapu Fini, putting ༺Misty Terrain in play and preventing status moves from affecting Pokemon on the ground.
However, anyone who’s tried to catch a Galarian Weezing in the wild area probably knows it’s capable of using Explosion and ruining your attempt to catch it. This move isn’t on the Dynamax Adventure form, meaning it’s significantly easier to get this particular Pokemon🐼෴ without wasting your valuable Pokeballs.
3 💎 Alolan Raichu
One of the more amusing and rare things you can find in the Dynamax Adventures are regional versions of Pokemon that you normally can’t find in Galar.🙈 Both the Kantonian Mr. Mime and even the Alolan Execcutor are available during your journeys through the Crown Tundra’s caverns, but perhaps the most powerful is in Alolan Raichu.
With Pokemon like Pincurchin and Tapu Koko that can create Electric Terrain, and the Electric-type Dynamax move, it’s easier in Pokemon Sword & Shield to create the terrain that doubles Alolan Raichu’s speed than it ever was in Pokemon Sun & Moon. It’s just unfortunate that this Rai𝓰chu lacks the Isle of Armor move tutor’s move Rising Voltage, which is oddly held by the normal Kantonian Raichu instead.
2 🗹 ⛦ Sandaconda
Gigantamax Sandaconda is undoubtedly one of the most underrated Gigantamax Pokemon in all of Galar. Its signature move functions identically to powerful and popular forms like Gigantamax Charizard and 💖Coalossal, but is far less vulnerable to move types by being a pure Ground-type Pokemon.
The most amazing benefit in Dynamax Adventures, though, is its oddly high number of moves exclusive to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Isle of Armor move tutor. It has the Bug-type move Skitter Smack, the Dragon-type move Scale Shot, and even the Ground-type move Scorching Sands that would overall cost you a massive 15 Armorite Ore. It’s an extremely c🌄ostly moveset on an exceptional Pokemon.
1 Hoenn Starters ﷺ 🌃
Most of the non-Legendary Pokemon you can get through Dynamax Adventures are simply better versions of the Pokemon you can normally find, but one extremely unexpected addition comes with the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hoenn starters. The Blaziken, Sceptile, and Swampert families are all he⭕re with their final evolutions and secondary evolutions in Dynamax Adventures, and are the only ways to newly obtain▨ them in Galar.
You can also transfer them up, but the Dynamax Adventure versions have several other perks. Not only can you catch them in any type of Pokeball instead of the overly common standard ball they come in with other games, but the fully evol🦂ved ones will also have their extremely rare Hidden Abilities that are mostly just available through previous time-sensitive events. Because of these scarcities, they are almost always more valuable to take home ꩲafter a Dynamax Adventure than nearly any legendary.
