Earthquakꦕe is also available from appropriate Max Raids, as well as from the Watt Trader in the Wild Area’s Dappled Grove for 8,000 Watts.
8 Brave Bird (TR 66) ꦏ
Continuing the trend ꦇof TRs offering some of the most destructive attacking moves ever, Brave Bird is up next. Not only is this Flying-type move the cream of the crop when it comes to base power, but it also has an additional benefi🌌t this generation.

This gives a Speed boost to the user and its a𒊎llies, which is a huge deal in competitive play and a very simple, very popular strategy. 6 𝓰 Close Combat 💮(TR 53)

As a bonus, Close Combat translates into the Dynamax/Gigantamax move Max Knuckle. It takes a hit in power compared to most✤ other max moves, but grants the user (and its ally) an Attack boost. This may be true, but High Horsepower can be a much better option. For one thing, it doesn’t force you to Dynamax/Gigantamax, protect or hit your partner in unfortunate doublesඣ situations. Interestingly, it also doesn’t have its damage halved when used in Grassy Terrain, unlike Earthquake. With the sheer numbers of Rillaboom swarming all over the competitive scene at the moment, this is very important. High Horse▨power costs 5,000 Watts from the traders or can be won from Ground-type Max Raids.
4 Flamethrower (TR 02) 🐻
Another essential move in any team’s arsenal, Flamethrower is a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:powerful Fire-type's best friend, a STAB/coverage move that is pref🦂erred by many battlers for its perfect accuracy. Fire Blast may be stronger, but for some, the RNG shenanigans of your average Pokémon match𓂃 are bad enough without adding the risk of an untimely miss to the equation.

The sturdier the better, in fact, because the Defense stat of the attacker is used to determine the damage dealt, not their Attack. This has given rise to all kinds of interesting Iron Defense/Body Press sets, as well as giving more defensive Pokémon another solid damaging option. If the Traders have this TR in stock, it’ll cost 3,000 Watts, or you can try your luck with Max Raids. As with other TRs, experimentation with the Cram-o-Matic (2x Zinc and 2x Rare Candy yields a Body Press TR) can pay dividends too.
2 Scald (TR 82🐈) 🐻
Scald’s base power is a nice-but-rather-average 80. Even so, it’s one of the strongest tools available to Water-types, for one simple reason: that darn burn chance. 30% is just too high, allowing the user to simply throw it out and potentially ruin a physical opponent’s damage whether they resist i🌌t or not. It’s not really a fun time.
Daredevil Pokémon players might prefer Hydro Pump (the increase in damage output is very noticeable), but, as always, it comes down to the accuracy vs. power debate. Still, there’s no denying that Scald is a super good move, so nab it from Water-type Max Raids or the Traders (3,000 Watts) whenever you’re able. The Cram-o-Matic can also help here, ඣwith an expensive combination of PP Up x3 and a Chesto Berry.

Finally, Thꦬunderbolt is another essential special move that sacrifices power for reliability. Its more powerful equivalent is rarely seen outside of rain (during which it always hits), so Thunderbo🎃lt really is the way to go in most situations.
Alongside Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Earthquake, and Scald, thi🦋s classic move is one of the best and most commonly used TMs of all time, and it retains that status as a TR. Unsurprisingly, it can also be purchased from Watt Traders (5,000 Watts) or won by defeating Electric-types in Max Raids. Alternatively, you can place 3 Rare Candies and a Yellow Apricorn in the Cram-o-Matic.
