The Pokemon training card game is known for being a little less complicated than other TCGs, such as Yu-Gi-Oh! or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic: The Gathering, ꦯbut that doesn't mean it's impossible to work out some great strategies if you can figure out exa🀅ctly what kind of playstyle your deck is most suited to.
While that's a big factor, there are some cards that are extremely in the meta right now that are downright disrespectful. Most of the meta cards right now are Vs, VMaxes, GXs, or the occasional leftover tag-team, but there are also some pla🅺in cards 🐟with great abilities.

With so many Sets being released and tons of products being made, it's one of the best times to get into the Pokemon TCG. Powercreep is common in almost every card game, and Pokemon is no exception.
15 ꦕ Quick Ball
Quick Ball is a Trainer card that is practically in every deck is playing at max quantity. Since so many decks revolve around a specific Po♊kemon, being able to search them out is a very powerful effect.
Quick Ball does require you to discard another card in order to use it, however, this is hardly a downside. In Pokemon, drawing cards is very easy, so it's not uncommon to have excess cards in ha🐽nds. Quick Ball's ability to fetch any Basic Pokemon to fantastic, especially when all GX and V Pokemon are Basics.
14 Dedenne GX ♓
🍰Dedenne GX is something that fits into any deck, including ones that do not even play any Lightning Energy. This is due to its ability Dedechange. Whene🐭ver you play Dedenne GX from your hand to the bench, you can discard your hand and draw six cards.
This abi🍌lity doesn't h♊ave any kind of requirement, so even if you only have one card in your hand you can still draw six new ones. If your hand is really bad, this can even be used as a mulligan to help fix your hand.
13 ꧑ 🌜 Jirachi (Team Up)
Trainer cards are some of the best kinds of cards in the entire Pokemon TCG. So, when a Pokemon has the ability to add those into your hand it's bound to be busted. Enter Jirach꧑i from the Sun & Moon: Team Up Expansion.
If Jirachi is your Active Pokemon, you can look at the top five cards of your deck and add a Traine🌟r card from there to your hand. Jirachi becomes asleep after this, but the trade-off꧋ is more than worth it. This has the potential to set you up for the rest of the game.
12 Boss's Orders 🔴
Boss's Orders takes the caꦗke for the best generic Supporter card. Its effect is incredibly simple, allowing you to switch your opponent's Active Pokemon with one of th⛎eir benched ones.
This can drag in a Pokemon that hasn't been set𒐪 up at all, and allow you to swiftly take care of them before they even have the chance to. It can also bring in a Pokemon that's close to being knocked out to gain Prize ๊cards. This is especially useful to take out weakened VMax and GX Pokemon for maximum value.
11 Welder
Welder is the best Supporter card in the game. It has so much value for no cost at all. Only decks that run Fire Type Energy can utiꦫlize it, but t๊here isn't a single deck that can play Welder that isn't.
Welder lets you put two Fire Energy Cards onto a Pokemon and draw three cards afterward. Not only does Welder give you an insane boost in Energy presence, but Welder replaces the three cards you just played from yo🧸ur hand right away. Welder gives you so much card advantage for no downside, it's shocking it was ever printed.
10 🧜 Inteleon Vmax
The whole strategy behind Inteleon VMax is to prevent the opposing Pokemon from ever being able to get their big moves off. What happens generally if you use a good few 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hydro Snipes is that you remove an ཧEnergy card from your opponent, while also delivering 60 damage. It may be a little cheap, but it gets the job done!
It🎶 can🤪 also be combined with cards like Crushing Hammer, which also remove energies, meaning your opponent never gets ahead.
9 🌺 🌜 Centiskorch Vmax
Centiskorch VMax kind of uses a similar gimmick to the Inteleon Vmax card, removing energi𒁏es and whatnot from the opponent, but in addition to this ability, he has an absolutely ridiculous ability that allows him to do 40 damage for each fire energy card he has attached.
And to make matters worse, as long as he did any damage with the attack,🌸 the player can attach a Fire Energy from their discard pile to him.
8 😼 ♔ Eternatus Vmax
Eternatus VMax might not be as outright ridiculous as Centiscorch, but Eternatus definitely has some tricks up their sleeveꦫ𒉰s.
The main one being that if you have enough dark types for it (which you will if you're playing a dark type deck), you can use his ability to put 8 dark type Pokemon onto your bench, making for a whopping 9 Po🀅kemon in play. Eternatus also does 30 damage for dark type in play with o✤ne of his attacks.
7 ಞ Mewtwo And ꧃Mew GX
If it was possible to use more than one GX move in a game, the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mewtwo and Mew tag-team G💟X card would be absolutely unbeatable, and that's saying something considering the fact that this ultra-rare already crushes most matches it's put in.
Not only can it hea𝔍l the entire team of Pokemon that's out, but it also has the ability to use any of the attacks that any GX or EX on the bench or in the discard pile.
6 Zacian V
Zacian168澳洲幸运5开奖网: V is essentially just a powerhouse, there's really no other way to put it. Even the ability the card has isn't super impressive, just helpful. If a player were to get lucky enough to get Zacian V out, look at their deck (only the top 3 cards), and hope for a Steel Ener🅺gy and somehow get all three for his attack, it's pretty much over.
Brave Blade, does 230 damage, with the downside that Zacian can't attack during the next turn.ﷺ That doesn't even matter given the card's 220 hp.
