Just like every other deck in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon TCG, Gardevoir ex also felt the sting of the post-rotation shakeup. Some of its most reliable partner💯s waved goodbye, and while it's not topping the tier lists, it's still hanging in there with solid potential. Sadly, Journey Together didn’t really bring any shiny new toys for this deck, but that’s not stopping Gardevoir from doing her thing.

You can swap out some cards in your deck for these alternatiꦫves:

  • Fezandipiti ex – If you want to draw more cards from your knocked-out Pokemon and target the opponent’s bench more.
  • Earthen Vessel – If you want easier access to Energy.
  • Moonlit Hill – If you want to heal your Pokemon.
  • Brilliant Blender – If you want to discard Psychic Energies to make Gardevoir ex even stronger. You should remove Hero’s Cape in its place.

What's Changed In The Deck Since Post-Rotation?

Radiant Greninja and Kirlia cards in Pokemon TCG.

The removal of Kirlia with the Refinement ability has hurt the deck, as its absence is felt when trying to cycle through cards q🌼uickly. Similarly, Radiant Greninja was a great synergy fit for this deck—discarding cards to draw, especially Psychic Energies, worked perfectly with Gardevoir ex.

Even without them, the deck still functions—you just have to rely more on Trainer cards for cycling. Another nota😼ble loss is Manaphy, which protected your benched Pokémon. It too had to be dropped after the rotation.

That said, with the Journey Together set, Lillie’s Clefairy has been added to the deck, offering a strong advantage against Dragon-type Pokemon cards.

Gardevoir ex Deck Strategy

Gardevoir ex and Drifloon cards in Pokemon TCG.

Pokemon Cards

As expected, the star of your deck is Gardevoir ex. Its Psychic Embrace ability allows you to attach as many Psychic Energies as you like from your discard pile to ꦑyour Pokemon during your turn. However, each time you use this ability, that Pokemon takes 20 damage. You cannot use this ability if the damage would knock out the target Pokemon.

Your deck features several Pokemon that take advantage of Psychic Embrace. The main one is Drifloon. Its Balloon Blast attack deals 30 damage for each damage counter on it. So, if Drifloon has taken 60 damage, the attack will deal🔯 180 damage.

Scream Tail and Munkidori cards in Pokemon TCG.

Another Pokemon that benefits from Psychic Embrace is Scream Tail, which lets you deal 20 damage to any of your opponent's Pokémon for each damage counter on it. With 80 damage on a Scream Tail, you can deal 160 to any of your opponent’s Pokemon. Unlike Drifloon, Scream Tail targets can target Pokemon, which makes it easier to take Prize cards.

Munkidori is another crucial setup on your bench. Keep in mind it only works with Darkness Energy. Its ability, Adrena-Brain, lets you move up to 30 damage from one of your Pokemon to one of your opponent's, turning Psychic Embrace’s downside into a stra🍷tegic advantage.

Revavroom and Mew ex cards in Pokemon TCG.

The deck also includes Revavroom and Mew ex, which are🌺 draw engines. With Revavroom, discard a Psychic Energy and draw until you have six cards. Then you can reattach that discarded Energy with Psychic Embrace. Once your hand is empty, you can also use Mew’s Restart ability to draw three cards again.

In tough situations, Mew’s Genome Hacking attack allows you to copy your opponent’s active Pokemon’s attack and use it against them. Additionally, the Lillie's Clefairy ex included in your deck will give you🌜 a devastating advantage against Dragon-type Pokemon, as its ability allows you to deal double damage to them while it's o൩n the field.

Stadium Cards

Artazon and Lively Stadium cards in Pokemon TCG.

You have two Stadium cards in your deck. Both are useful in different situations. Artazon h🗹elps you set up quickly and is especially helpful early in the game. Lively Stadium, on the other hand, is essential for boosting Drifloon and Scream Tail’s damage output. But if you don’t have 🦂either of those Pokémon on the field, Artazon will be more helpful.

Pokemon Tools

Ancient Booster Energy Capsule, Hero's Cape and Bravery Charm cards in Pokemon TCG.

When it comes to Pokemon Tools, your goal is to increase the HP of your Scream Tail and Drifloon so they 📖can carry more damage and deal more in ret🐷urn. Hero’s Cape gives 100 extra HP to the Pokemon it's attached to, keeping them from being easily knocked out.

Bravery Charm gives 50 extra HP and can be attached to either 🌸Drifloon or Scream Tail. Ancient Booster Energy Capsule, however, only works with Scream Tail, giving it 60 HP and protecting it from Special Conditionsꦿ.

Items

Night Stretcher, Rare Candy and Buddy-Buddy Poffin cards in Pokemon TCG.

There are two Rare Candy cards in your deck. With them, you can evolve Ralts straight into Gardevoir ex without needing Kirlia. Ultra Ballꦚ lets you search ꦓfor any Pokemon but requires you to discard two cards first—ideally Psychic Energies to synergize with Gardevoir ex.

Night Stretcher is especially valuable when you need to take Pokemon cards from the discard pile—Psychic Energy can already be retrieved with Gardevoir ex. Buddy-Buddy Poffin helps you place two Pokemon with 70 HP or less onto your bench, which makes it perfect for finding Ralts or Drifloon.

Nest Ball, unlike Buddy-Buddy Poffin, can fetch any one Pokemon and put it directly onto your bench. Because you’ll often discard many cards, Super Rod can help you retrieve Pokemon when you don’t have access to Night Stretcher.

Supporters

Professor's Research, Arven and Boss's Orders cards in Pokemon TCG.

As for Supporters, the deck includes four copies of Professor’s Research to help you draw into important cards fast. Don’t worry about discarding Pokemon—Super Rod and Night Stretcher have you covered. Arven is another valuable Supporter that lets you find both Item and Tool cards. It’s especially useful when you need🦄 specific tools at specific moments.

Boss’s O🍌rders⛦ can be a lifesaver when you need to switch your opponent’s active Pokemon. Tulip is also a great addition to the deck, as it allows you to retrieve Psychic Pokemon from your discard pile.
