Cressel꧂ia and Darkrai appear in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, and are known as the Lunar Duo𝐆: two beings on the opposite sides of affecting the human psyche. Cresselia provides people with hopeful dreams and ease of mind, while Darkrai is focused on creating nightmares and terror. The mystery within these Legendary Pokémon are their reason for existing: there is little reason given for what has brought them to the world, except that one cannot exist without the other.
