With Umbreon now in the Pokemon Unite Public Test Server, we now have four of the five Eeveelutions needed to make a full team. Luckily, it sounds like we won’t have to wait long for the fifth. Unite dataminer recently discovered a Holowear set called Checkered Style that will be available for five Eeveelutions: Sylveon, Espeon, Glaceon, Umbreon, and coming soon, apparently, Leafon. That’s all the Pokemon you need to make a full Eeveelution team, the only question is, would that team even be good? The three Eevees we have so far are all pretty decent. Both Sylveon and Glaceon have been monstrous murder machines at one point in their Unite careers, but now that they’ve been brought in line they tend to be seen as fairly balanced, viable characters. Espeon took a long time to find its niche, but after a long series of small buffs it’s finally considered a high-tier character. None of these Pokemon can individually drag the team down.Related: 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Best 😼Type Of Pokemon Is A Plant LadyIt is difficult to build a team with them though, since they’re so similar.🐻 Having three Attackers can work, but Glaceon, Espeon, and Sylveon are all Mage-style early-evolvers with low defense that are best used in lane. Pairing any two of them opens your lane up to a lot of unwanted pressure once the other team’s Speedsters and All-Rounders get some levels, and even if you split up Sylveon and Espeon and put Glaceon in the jungle, they can still struggle without a real hard-carry type to make big plays. These three have never really worked together because they just don’t leave a lot of room for team versatility.

Early impressions of Umbreon indicate that it could be the solution to that problem, however. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Umbreon has so much versatility within its own kit that it can effectively serve the role of two Pokemon at once. For an all Eeveelution team, the best loadout will probably be Mean Look and Wish. With Mean Look Umbreon can lock down opponents and allow the other Eeveelutions to dish out a stream of ranged damage on them, and it can also hold enemies still and allow the squishier Eevees to get away. Wish has incredible healing potential, which will help Umbreon keep its teamma🍃tes alive, and its brawl-style combat and high-defense stats give it the ability to push the front line, which compliments the other Eeveelutions well. Umbreon may have what it takes to rally a full Eeveelution team, assuming the live version of the Pokemon is as strong as the PTS version.

Leafeon is still a mystery, but we can make some educated guesses about its playstyle based on its stats. The stat spread for th💝is Pokemon is peculiar. Its main stat is Defense, of which it has the highest amount of any Eevee. T🌼his may indicate it’s set up to be a Defender like Umbreon, but unfortunately it has the lowest Special Defense of any Eeveelution. It’s quite fast, but its speed is lower than Espeons, who is an Attacker. If we’re going to get a Speedster Eeveelution, it’s going to be Jolteon. Lefeaon also has abysmal Special Attack stats, so that means it won’t be an Attacker. That just leaves two roles, All-Rounder and Support.

Leafon’s Grass-Type makes me wa🥃nt to lean toward Support. All of the current Support Pokemon are either Fa🧔iry, Ghost, or Grass-type, so it makes sense for Leafeon to fit into that category alongside Comfey and Eldegoss. If that ends up being the case, the Eeveelution team may end up being fairly well-rounded. It will struggle the most in the late game without a carry, but a coordinated Eeveelution team will have a lot of control potential against aggressive All-Rounders and Speedsters like Zacian, Tyranitar, and Duduo. It may not be a tournament winning team, but based on the strength of Umbreon alone, it will certainly be viable.
