The Pokemon franchise 🌊is close to hitting 1,000 different Pokemon at this point, which is pretty wild. It originally started with 151 Pokemon in the Kanto region, and over the years, the series has added to that roster with each new game release.
Fire-types have always been fan favorites and that goes back to Charizard in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Red & Blue. The recent release of Pokemon Sword & Shield introduced fans to a new ♏roster of Pokemon, with a decent number of Fire-type creatures tha👍t have joined in, both the strong and the weak.
8 ⛦ Sizzlipede (Gala🌠r)
Pokemon Sword & Shield recently introduced the world to the Galar region, a place modeled after England and the United Kingdom. With a smaller roster being featured there aren't a lot of new Fire-type to look at across the countryside. 🌠The weakest of the bunch is named Sizzlipede and is a Fire and Bug-type with a lot of promise and potential. It evolves at level 28, a point in which its below-average base stats get boosted and it becomes a giant centipede named Centiskorch, capable of reaching a colossal V-Max form in the heat of battle.
7 🅘 Salandit (Alo﷽la)
Unlike the other entries on this list, with Salandit the discussion is specifically about the male versions of the creature. The females evolve into a secondary form named Salazzle at level 33, but the males on the ꧂other hand are stuck living out their lives as a🍷 Salandit.
It's a Fire and Poison-type which give꧅s it a bit of move versatility, but its defꦅensive stats across the board are so low that it doesn't justify its slightly average special attack and speed stats. The females get to thrive, while the males must live a subpar existence in their powerful shadows.
6 Litl🅠eo (Kalos)
For every design concept the designers for Pokemon nail, they happen to have one that missed the mark for whatever reason. If someone was told there was a Fire-type lion Pokemon the design in their head would likely be much more ferocious and inspiring than what Litleo turned out like. Among the many reasons why the Kalos region featured in Pokemon X & Y is considered the worst generation in the series, are designs for Pokemon that are either bizarre or outright terrible. It also doesn't help that they crippled Litl🌳eo with less than subpar base stats.
5 Litwick 🅰(Unova🅷)
From top to bottom Litwick's evolutionary line isn't the type of line that should be looked at in terms of its potential as a fighter in Pokemon battles. Chandelure is a solid Pokemon to own simply because it can have the ability Flame Body that aids in Pokemon breeding. It's a bit of an investment though because Litwick doesn't reach its second form named Lampent until level 41. Then once this second form is achieved players must then acquire a Dusk Sღtone to reach the final form of the line, t🐠he Ghost and Fire-type named Chandelure.
4 🐈 Chimchar (Sinnoh)
Typically, starter Pokemon are never considered the worst in any generation due to the fact that they evolve into some of the strongest in their respect♎ive type. Chimchar is a victim of circumstance as the Sinnoh region has very few Fire-types throughout.
It'll be interesting to see how this is addressed in the upcoming remakes and if that's handled at all. Not only is this an issue for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire-type enthusiasts,🔯 but the lack of Fire-types makes the investment in Water-types make less sense as that time can be spent with a more strate🔯gic pick.
3 Numel (Hoenn) 🏅 🍰
Numel gives off a lot of strong Eeyore energy, the donkey from Winnie the Pooh for those unfamꦆiliar. It looks like its very existence is filled with pain and it simply wants to go lay somewhere and take a nap. The Fire and Ground-type is labeled as the Numb Pokemon which also seems perfect for the type of vibes it displays. Its base stats aren't terrible, but they also don't help in building a case as to why trainers should invest in a Numel with the hopes of obtaining a Camerupt at level 33.
2 Slugma (Johto) 𓆉
Slugma has been fighting an uphill battle ever since it was introduced as part of the Johto region in Pokemon Gold & Silver. The idea of a slug made of magma either sounds cool to someone or lame. Slugs aren't known for being capable fighters or particularly cute. Toss in a collection of mediocre base 🐓stats and the fact that it evolves into a magma snail builds the case for Slugma being🌃 the worst Fire-type of the second generation. For some though it may be a favorite among the crowd and original enough to pique their interest.
1 🧸 Vulpix (Kanto)
Is Vulpix a bad 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire-type Pokemon? No, that's not necessarily true. The problem with this entry is that the Kanto region has a pretty 🐷strong selection of Fire-type creatures who all mostly have solid designs, evolve into something desirable, or are average to above average in terms of base stats. In this case, the Fox Pokemon known as Vulpix simply drew the short straw and ended up having the worst base stats than either Growlithe or Ponyta. No one in their right mind wouldn't catch a Vulpix sꦫimply due to how adorable and cuddly it looks.
