Crocodile On Fire
Skeledirge is the final evolution of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's Fire-type starter, Fuecoco. While you already deal with massive reptiles like Magma Wyrms and Ulcerated Tree Spirits in Elden Ring, this crocodile could use its teeth and the ability to hide under lava to its advantage to give you a fight that'll be seared into your memories.
Using Fire-type attacks and its long body for physical attacks would make Skeledirge a threat on its own, but this Pokemon has another trick up its sleeve that could create a memorable boss battle. Similar to the Adjudicator from Demon's Souls, Skeledrige has a tiny bird friend that it can use to distract or attack you. Between dealing with a pesky firebird and Skeledirge itself, this could be a spicy encounter likely found near the Volcano Manor or in a catacomb.

Venusaur is very similar to the Miranda Sprouts, but with a massive body that can charge toward you, it would be a tense encounter that might be harder than choosing your starter Pokemon at the beginning of a new journey.
Aside from the staggering damage you would receive from one of Venusaur's physical attacks, like Tackle or Take Down, you would also need to keep away from status-inducing moves like Sleep Powder and Poison Powder. A boss fight against Venusaur could also be beautiful as it uses colorful attacks like Petal Dance and Solar Beam in an overgrown area full of floral touches unlike anything else in Elden Ring.
10 Parasect
A Giant 'Shroom
Parasect is widely considered one of the creepiest Pokemon that isn't a Ghost-type. Based off of the caterpillar fungus, Parasect is an insect that has been completely taken over by the mushroom on its back.
This works especially well for Elden Ring because it is already a horrifying idea for a monster. On top of that, running into a giant version of Parasect in a forest would get a player's pulse racing. Just ask anyone who's played Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Parasect would fit in perfectly with the likes of the Rune Bear and the Giant Land Octopus.

One Becomes Two
Ninjask and Shedinja are part of the most interesಞting evolution process in all Pokemon. If you train your Nincada to level 20 and leave an open spot in🔥 your party, it will evolve into a Ninjask AND a Shedinja. Shedinja represents the husk left behind by a cicada as it grows and has the unique ability Wonder Guard. This could make for a fascinating battle.

The battle would mainly consist of the player dodging its two jaw-like horns to eventually get to the back of it to strike. Mawile has one of the unique designs in Pokemon, and it would certainly make for a memorable boss in Elden Ring.

These two would probably be most effective as a duo. Regarding background, Nidoking and Nidoqueen were formerly a lord and lady known for their venomous tongues, vicious barbs, and generally toxic personalities. They were so hated by everyone that they were eventually chased into a briar patch, where they hid for a long time. However, the poisonous nee𝕴dles fused with their bodies instead of killing them, transforming them into the King and Queen of Needles.
