The Pokemon Company has gone all out to celebrate the franchise's 25th anniversary. Collaborations with artists and a variety of industries have been happening since the start of the year. We've seen a line of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon themed dress shirts by Original Stitch, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon faces on Oreos, and even a song by Katy Perry called ‘Electric’, featuring Pikachu. However, it hasn't stopped there; as part of the celebrations, Post Malone, Katy Perry, And J Balvin have been turned into Pokemon cards.

The announcement was made via the official . The cards themselves look pretty neat too; all three of them have been portrayed in the iconic Pokemon TCG art style, with their own supporting Pokemon. Perry sticks with Pikachu from her mu💫sic video, Post Malone has Dragonite and Butterfree on either side, and🔴 J Balvin has a mean looking Charizard behind him.

Each of them is drawn by popular Pokemon TCG artists. Perry's card was drawn by Yuu Nishida, Post Malone by Naoki Saito, and nagimiso has drawn J Balvin. It seems that the musicians were also sent these cards as J Balvin showcased his card on his Instagram account.

But they're not just decorative in nature, each of them even has a special move attached to them. Perry wields Heartbeat Ray, which also does 20 damage to each of your opponent's benched Pokemon. Post Malone can use Multi Beat that does 20 more damage for each type of basic Energy attached, and J Balvin can perform Llama Ritmo, which doe 100 more damage during the next turn.

Collectors will also notice that the card numbers may seem a bit off. That's because they coincide with each artist's birth date. For example, Katy Perry's card number is #010/025 and her birthday is on October 25.

One of the biggest things to come out of the Pokemon 25 celebration was the announcement of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon: Trading Card Game Live for PC, Mac and mobile devices. It is the successor to the current Pokemon TCG Online, and will feature an improved interface, cross-platform matchmaking, character customisation, as well as new features like battle passes and﷽ exclusive events.
