The reveal of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Warhammer 40,000: Darktide was a pleasant surprise for fans of the franchise, especially as developer Fatshark has done an excellent job on Warhammer: Vermintide 2. From the little information that has been made available, it appears that Darktide will be similar in style to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Vermintide 2 in terms of a class-ba🌼sed system at its core, likely with careers to progress🔥.

Set on Atoma Prime, four players will battle cooperatively against what appear to be Chaos-corrupted enemies, either in small, elite groups, as hordes of charging masses, and at the worst of times, with both. From what the trailer has revealed, players act as agents of the Inquisition investigating the cult of the Adominition. That is such a broad description within the Warhammer 40k universe, but still provides some us with information to make some informed guesses as to who our 🥂characteꦗrs will be.

The Best Of The Imperial Guard

At first glance, the trailer gives the impression that we are looking at a of Inquisitorial Stormtroopers. These are not your average, low-skilled Imperi꧑al Guardsman that are often regarded as little more than cannon fodder, but the finest soldiers armed with excellent weapons, armor, and trained for Deep strike assa♚ults, reconnaissance, infiltration, and more.

These would be the elite of the elite, making up the best of the Tempestus Scions. These could be described as the deadliest humans not wearing power armor. They are by no means Space Marines, but for the purposes of Darktide, likely strike the perfect level of power for dealing with mutations or mind-controlled 𝓀citizens within the hive city.

Of course, the trailer itself could have been a red herring meant to throw everyone off in speculation. These might be a group🐬 that we never see in the game, or at best, see them succumb to the 💝masses of hordes.

A Mixed Rag Tag Team

If the squ🐟ad seen in the trailer is in fact only a piece of the classes available, then the art made available by Fatshark help out more. As seen in the concept art below, we have a rag-tag squad of characters, each different but likely with their own utility to add to the team.

On the left, we first see a Servo-skull, though this is not likely meant to be a playable character. Outside of holding up a light or acting as a scribe, there is not much they could do with the group. Next to that is a Zealot, also known as a member 😼of the Frateris Militia, holding a characteristic flamethrower.

Next, the tall, hulking brute is an Ogryn, a powerful Abhuman mutant subspecies of humanity th🌺at is often used as a shock trooper. While limited i๊ntellectually, they are blindly loyal and extremely effective at destroying enemies of the Imperium of Man.

Beside that is what looks like an Imperial Guardsman, with nothing special about its weap🍸ons or gear, appearing to be a completely average soldier. Lastly, the hooded individual with the long-barreled weapons is likely a sniper or ranger-type of 🎉class.

These four individuals would likely be more than enough for Darktide at launch, at least, assuming that each has their own career path like in Vermintide 2. This wo🍃uld effectively offer players twelve distinct ways to play before even considering weapon options.

The Inquisitor Investigates

Via: microsoft.com

Once again, the trailer provided a few breadcrumbs about what may lie ahead𝓰 in terms of a story. Given that the team in the trailer was sent to survey on behalf of an Inquisitor in a hive city, we can only assume that the taint of Chaos is present and needs to be dealt with.

Inquisitors represent the hi🀅ghest-ranking members of the Imperial Inquisition, and their authority is often absolute, save for the judgement of other Inquisitors in the most extreme of circumstances. However, few operate alone in the sprawling galaxy with hundreds of millions of worlds to investigate, and t♐his is where our characters might come in.

While the team may be a rag-tag bunch, they might also be Acolytes, Throng Agents, Bearers of the Seal, or something else for a powerful Inquisitor. As such, they may be fully awa❀re of the gravity of their missions. Perhaps the hive city is too far gone to be saved and is due for Exterminatus, meaning that the entire planet will be destroyed along with all life. On the other hand, perhaps the player works to save the city, and the tens of billions of people who may live there.

For 💖now, this is pure speculation, but with the little information Fatshark has given us in the trailer and concept art, it would n𒈔ot be surprising to see characters based on these ideas.
