One of the first potions you can acquire from basic ingredients in the game, Potion of Acid is suited mostly to thieves and robbers looking to lockpick for loot, or even something a little more grevious. T🌺his can be found south-west of the center of the A❀lchemy Map, just beyond the Poisoning potion.
To gain the most money and popularity from this potion, players require 2 Red Mushrooms, 2 Firebells, and 5 Terraria for a Tier 3 Strong Potion of Acid. Using the cauldron bellows and water ladle helps to carefully adjust the potion&rsqu♎o;s position on the map for optimum effect.
9 Potion Of Stone Skin 🍨
The Stone Skin effect grants the drinker improved defence against attack, making this recipe perfect for any soldiers or brawlers who come to visit the potion shop. The effect can be found south-south-west of 💎the center of the Alchemy Map, immediately south of the Poisoning potion.
For a Tier 3 Strong Potion of Stone Skin, players have recommended using 1 Firebell, 4 Terraria, and then another Firebell in order to bypass the skeletal graveyard obstacles. Carefully using the ladle to reposition the potion will help to grant the best potion for higher♋ rewards.
8 ♛ 🎃 Potion Of Berserker
The Berserker effect does as the name implies, turning its drinker into a 🐓berserker with more powerful strength and ferocity. Players should save✃ this for knights, warriors, and strong fighters when they enter the shop, as these will gra🅰nt the highest rewards for budding alchemists.
Find this 😼potion in west-north-west from the center of the Alchemy Map, beyond the Fire effect. Using 5 Firebells and 4 Windblooms from the garden or from passing merchants will grant players the coveted Tier 3 Strong Potion of Berserker.
7 Potion ♛Of Char🥃m
For something to spice things up in the romance department, brew up a batch of Tier 3 Strong Potion of Charm. The effect i🐎s found to the north-north-west of the center of the Alchemy Map, immediately north of the Explos🐬ion effect (more on that in a moment).
Players can find this effect in one of two ways — using the🥀 traditional method of bellows and ladle along with 5 Windblooms, 4 Firebells, and 1 Waterbloom. For a more challenging method, alchemists can use the whirlpool on the map to save 1 Windbloom and 1 Fi♌rebell.
6 Potion Of Explosion 🐻
Set your brewing off with a bang with the Potion of Explosion, which can be found to the north-west of the center of the Alchemy Map (just west of the Lightning effect). Be careful who you sell this potion to — some of these can have disastrous consequences!
There are a number of ways to unlock the Tier 3 potion effect. The simplest method is to use 2 Windblooms and 4 Firebells to wiggle your way across the map and dodge skeletal remains, while the most challeng𓆏ing m🌟ethod is to use the whirlpool to save ingredients (using one fewer Firebell).
5 🃏 Potion Of Bounce 🐼
This potion, although silly-sounding, can actually be helpful for a number of shop customers — from someone looking to ‘fly’ over a monster, to another wanting to climb a tower more easily! This effect ca💯n be found n⛦orth-north-east of the center of the Alchemy Map, immediately north of the Mana effect.
For a Tier 3 potion, there are a few recipe variations available. Players can either choose to use a𒁏 comb🍸ination of 4 Windblooms and 2 Waterblooms, or with an additional Firebell and the use of the ladle to finetune the potion’s position on the map.
4 Potion Of Invisibility ⛎
For a potion akin to Harry Potter’s Invisibility Cloak, you can find the Invisibility effect to the north-north-east of the center of the Alchemy Map, north-east of the Bounce effect. Perfect for any alchemy customers who want to do some sneaky around!
The Tier 3 Strong Potion of Invisibility is one of the more challenging potion recipes require𓃲d in the game, needing a large collection of 2 Witch Mushroom, 5 Windbloom, and 2 Waterbloom. Witch Mushrooms, although rarer, can be harvested in the alchemy garden or purchased from traveling merchants.
3 Po𝓀tion Of Rich Harvest 💜

One recipe requires 1 Marshroom, 3 Tangleweed, and 1 Witch Mushroom, while another recipe requires 1 Terraria and a whopping 7 Waterblooms, so save these ingredients early on if you can.
2 Potion Of Hallucinations ♊
Amp up the witchy factor with a Tier 3 Strong Potion of Hallucinations, well-suited for customers who are in need of some sleep (or need someone else to doze off!) Players caꦛn find the Hallucinations effect on the Alchemy Map by traveling north-east of the map’s center, east of the Bounce effect marker.
Players can use a basic brew of 5 Windblooms and 5 Waterblooms together to reach the Tier 3 potion. Alternatively, for players with a wider coꦅllection of potion ingredients, use 2 Windblooms, 5 Waterblooms and 1 Thunder Thistle in combination with the whirlpool.
1 Potion 🌠Of Necromancy
This potion is easily one of the most difficult — and most profitable — effects to achieve. Players must cheat death itself to hover over the skeleton graveyard surrounding the Necromancy effect in orꦡder to receive it (it’s all very poetic).
For the Tier 3 Strong Potion of Necromancy to net the highest payment, players will require 4 Marshrooms and 2 Earth Pyrite (which can be purchased from the Miner or traveling merchants). Note that players’ choices sti🐬ll matter — medieval visitors won’t be fond of alchemists who use necromancy, so expect reputation to plummet if you sell Potions of Necromancy at any point in the game.
