Renegade Game Studio's Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid has morphed into something of a tabletop hit. So much so tha🌸t the game is receiv༒ing not one, but two new expansions.

It spent several years stu꧂ck in development before he found a formula that worꦆked - and boy, did it work.

In 1993, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers hit the airwaves and became the worldwide powerhouse we know today. The original premise saw freshly filmed scenes featuring a predominantly US cast, mashed up with 'stock footage' from Japan's Super Sentai show. Since then, it has spawned numerous series, movies, comic books, and video games. Not to mention, the franchise did play a role in the career of Breaking Bad star, Bryan Cranston.

The first expansion, titled Power Rangers: Rise of the Psycho Rangers, introduces our heroes to their nemesis - the Psycho Rangers. These evil-doers were created using the power of the Dark Specter and given special powers to make them stronger and faster than their good-guy opposites. Expect the box to contain plenty of Power Rangers figures and cards that extend the Heroes of the Grid base game. A new Mastermind Mode has be𒆙en added that allows ဣone player to take on the role of the antagonist.

The second expansion, titled Power Rangers: Villain Pack #2: Machine Empire, sees our heroes face off against the AI robotic villains of the Royal House of Gadgetry. The game introduces a new concept of paired🦩 monsters with Prince Gasket and Princess Archerina working together as one. As with the ༺previous expansion, expect some new models and game cards that extend the original base game.
