While delays to video game launches are nothing new, they have become more commonplace than ever during the pandemic. As developers and designers have been working from home, it has become impossible for studios to hit the targets they initially had in place. Some who have pushed on and attempted to avoid delays during the past 18 months, like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077, have paid the price for doing so.

Although the pandemic is hopefully winding down at this point, delays caused by it still continue to filter through. Pragmata is the latest game to have its release date pushed back. The mysterious sci-fi title, which was first shown off by Capcom during PS5's reveal event, will now not be here until 2023. While originally slated to launch next year, a trailer released a few months ago hinted Capcom was considering a delay as that date had been changed to 2023.

The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil studio has now confirmed as much via and a clip of the girl from the original trailer holding a sign that includes an apology. “To ensure this will be an unforgettable adventure, we've decided to shift the release window to 2023,” Capcom's statement reads. Other than the delay and its launch trailer, very little is known about Pragmata.

Despite being more than three minutes long, the trailer reveals very little about the game. Someone in what looks like a cross between an astronaut suit and some hazmat gear uses a spray of some sort to reveal a girl who he then rescues after the two are whipped up into t✃he sky. We say rescues, the two of them are thrown out of the ceiling of whatever world they are in, at which point they land on the moon and are left looking down at Earth. The pair appear to have been trapped in some sort of Truman Show-style dome prior to that.

Pragmata isn't the only game to have been hit with a delay this week. Yesterday Volition revealed 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Saints Row will now launch in Augus🐼t 2022 as opposed to February. If you plan on playing everything launching in February then you likely breathed a sigh of relief at hearing this news, as Saints Row's launch will no longer clash with the likes of Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West. As for Pragmata, the only major launch it has to worry about in 2023 is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and possibly 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Wolverine.
