The first chapter of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Disney Lorcana has just launched, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:has also promptly s♓old out 📖in most places. I'm just 29 cards away from a full set and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:am still without my beloved Big Tink, but I have enough cards and variety to make five viable decks simultaneously, so I can live with empty shelves for now. That wait is made all the easier by the knowledge that the second chapter is arriving soon, hitting the LGS market on November 17 and then big stores on December 1. A recent leak, confirmed to TheGame⛄r over the weekend, points to some fan favourites joining the fold - but what might lie beyond that? Join me as I try to predict the lead characters for the next four chapte♚rs of Disney Lorcana.

For the sake of these predictions, I'm going to suggest that the booster packs and deck boxes are the 'faces' of the chapter, as these characters get a lot of variants compared to other candidates like playmat, starter deck, or gift set stars. We have Maleficent (five variants), Elsa (four variants 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:plus an Enchanted card), Captain Hook (four variants), and Mickey Mouse (seven variants and two Enchanted cards), so it's clear that these characters dominate.

The Second Chapter

Raya And The Last Dragon - Raya Talking To Sisu

The leak pointed to deck boxes for Mulan and Sisu, so that's those two locked down. Sisu might be a left-field pick over Raya herself, whose movie Sisu hails from, but Maleficent and Captain Hook both stole the spotlight from Aurora and Peter Pan, so there is a precedent. As for the boosters, I expect Mulan to pull an Elsa and feature on both, while the confirmation of Winnie the Pooh means I'm going to push Piglet forward as a potential second chapter mascot.

Booster packs right now have a villain, a princess, and a classic Disney star. The latter two are handled by Mulan and Piglet, so for the villain, we also know ꦅthat Beauty & the Beast will feature heavily next time. It already has a few cards now, but Gaston has just one variant, not even as many as LeFou, so I think he will round out the triumvirate.

The Third Chapter

Snow White Chilling In The Forest With Animals

Now's where it gets interesting. This is now a total guess with no leaks to back it up, and I'll be basing predictions from here on likely release dates, Disney events, anniversaries, and characters who are currently absent. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:I love Elsa, but she's had her time. I don't want her taking the spotlight again until all the princesses are here, at the very least.

At a rate of a chapter every three months, we'd expect this chapter to land mid-February to early March. A month after this, the live-action Snow White remake starring Rachel Zegler releases, so (given that she's not included in the first chapter at all), the first Disney Princess Snow White gets a deck box and a place on the booster packs.

Also just in time for some drip drip drop little April showers, Bambi is the classic Disney hero on the boosters. Keeping with the animals and attunement with nature, I think Ravensburger will want more Robin Hood cards in the mix, so Prince John takes that final villain slot on the booster packs. Sticking with animals, given the amount of merch Disney sells of her already, Marie of the Aristocats will probably get a deck box eventually. Let's give her it here.

The Fourth Chapter

Cinderella in her blue gown bowing to some bird friends

Keeping with the three month rate, this comes mid-May to early June. And assuming I'm right about Prince John (which I almost certainly am not), that would make the Red Queen the only OG Villainous character not in the game. That just won't stand, so she naturally gets a place on the booster packs. As for the Princess slot, it might finally be time for Cinderella. It's hard to imagine that we'll have to wait for three more chapters for her to get out of her scullery maid attire, but Mulan is locked in, and Snow White's not in the game at all, so Cinders might find herself at the back of the queue. Thankfully, she gets both a booster and a deck box. At least, I think she does.

I wouldn't expect to wait this long for The Jungle Book to arrive either, but it would keep up a Silver Age classics vibe if the third booster pack slot was taken by Baloo. To keep the theme going further, I'm suggesting the first ever dual character card (which may not be the first by the time the fourth chapter hits) as we see Lady & the Tramp together with spaghetti on a deck box.

The Fifth Chapter

Tiana looking annoyed whilst by the frog in Princess and the Frog

We know from our 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Lorcana Week interview that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Disney has plannedꦓ at leas💖t this far ahead, but if subsequent chapters maintain the popularity of the first chapter, this will just be the beginning. It also brings us full circle to a mid-August to early September launch - AKA around the time Tiana's Bayou Adventure opens at the Disney Parks (it's replacing Splash Mountain). Doctor Facilier features heavily already, but Tiana is conspicuously absent - I predict this is when she makes her grand entrance, on the deck box and as a booster pack mascot.

She's joined on the deck boxes by Esmerelda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and on the booster packs by classic Disney mascot Pluto, who (much like Daisy Duck) didn't get a shot in the first chapter. Finally, for our booster pack villain, just in time for Halloween I think we will see a break from 'pure' Disney to introduce Jack Skellington, and set the stage for the sixth chapter to throw all the rules out...

The Sixth Chapter

Merida from brave 2012 drawing an arrow back on her bow while facing the right

At this point, assuming a steady amount of cards per set, we'll have over 1,000 cards in the mix. Characters will continue to get more variants, but even a well as deep as Disney can run dry eventually. Here's where it finally happens - 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:I expect Pixar to joi🌟n the fray this time around. Sticking with my princess theory, Merida will get a deck box and a place on the booster packs, while the 'classic' slot will go to Woody. Randall from Monsters, Inc. gets that coveted villain slot on the packs, while the second deck box gets more of a modern Pixar flavour with Coco's Héctor. I'm calling it - Pixar will arrive just in time for the Christmas 2024 release date.
