When going through the maze with the Ninja Sparkla, j🦂ust after passing the guard shining its light through the fence, you should go to the right corner of the maze. Pose using ZL and climb the spinning walls with wall jumps to reach the Gem.

After taking out the two guards in the room immediately after the hidden area, the Sparkla will head right. Instead, go left through the fabric door to the guard aiming through the fence. In this room, you’ll find the Gem waiting, and you don’t even need to kill the guard. Of course, you still can kill the guard…
