Through the blue curtain on a ♍raised ledge right after you give a villager a sword for the first time. You need to backtrack up the stairs, then use your ribbon to make every flower bloom.
First Floor: Ninjutsu - The Art of Rapids (Ninja)
To the left of the guard sleeping on the brﷺidge there are three pots. Smash them to free the ribbon man and earn his ribbon.
First Floor: Welcome to the Festival of Sweets (Patissiere)
Through the first set of gates, the third flying creature stealing tജhe cookies will also steal the ribbon collector. Hit the bird with your ribbon to get him down.
First Floor: Cowgirl in the Wilderness (Cowgirl)
In the basement of the saloon, you need to turn on the light to the left of the room to progres🐠s. Turn on the other two lights as ꦯwell to find the ribbon collector.
Second Floor: The Ghostly Castle (Swordfighter)
During the section where the various ghostly items🤪ꦰ are dropped on you, attack the second painting from the right during the first wave in order to free the ribbon collector.
Second Floor: A Snow Flower on Ice Sparkle (Figure Skater)
While rescuing the ice skaters, you will see the ribbo🧔n collector riding a 🌄bauble. Kill the two enemies nearby so he can jump off to safety.
Second Floor: The Perfect Infiltration (Dashing Thief)
Just after sneaking past the first set of robots with the spotlight, head up the steps into the alley at the back. In ꦚhere, use your ribbon to get the bag of jewels back from the thief.
Second Floor: The Case of the Missing Mural (Detective)
Right at the star꧂t of the level, head through 🍒the alley where a man in a hat is worrying about being attacked. In here, use your ribbon to reach the ribbon collector’s ticket on a potted plant.
Third Floor: Welcome to the Spooky Party (Patissiere)
After decorating the first set of cakes, go around to the back of the bakery to rescue the ribbon collector from two bandits by baking them some cookies. Personally, I 🐼don’t think they deserve them.
Third Floor: Cowgirl at Dusk (Cowgirl)
When you lan🏅d on the train and are asked to pull the gold door handle, instead go backwards to find the ribbon colඣlector in the corner trapped in a barrel. Lasso it to free him.
Third Floor: Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion (Mighty)
During 🔯the first section with the flames, head to the back wall and rescue the ribbon collector with your ribbon.
Third Floor: Melody of the Sea (Mermaid)
In the section where metal seaweed gates block paths in the rock wall, go right when you enter ra൩ther than down to find the ribbon collector.
Fourth Floor: Ninjutsu: The Art of Flames (Ninja)
When at the section with the two-tiered rotating door, jump to the upper🐭 level behind the screen when the guards🦋 are at the front. Head all the way to the left to find the ribbon collector.
Fourth Floor: Kung Fu: A Kung Fu Tale (Kung Fu)
In the area with the two tall orange poles, jump up the second pole to the dead end to the right. Kick th꧒e boulder to reveal the ribbon collector behind it.
Fourth Floor: The Stolen Statue (Dashing Thief)
Immediately after entering the blimp, head to the left and unlock the door with the ribb﷽on collector inside.
Fourth Floor: The Case of the Rainy-Day Plot (Detective)
In the first area of the level, go past the alley where the bandit runs into to the right and find the ribbon collecℱtor. Help him choose the real painting (the left one) to get his ribbon.
Fifth Floor: A Parade on Ice (Figure Skater)
When skating by the float, after the first dance break with the Gem fragmeﷺnts, the ribbon collector will be hanging from a lamppost. Defeat the skaters near him soﷺ he can jump down.
Fifth Floor: A Kung Fu Legend (Kung Fu)
Right at the start of the level, go around the door rather than through it at the🔴 back to find the🔜 ribbon collector waiting there for you.
Fifth Floor: Mighty Mission: The Rescue (Mighty)
During the first flying sequence, the ribbon collector will be clinging to a flying saucer in the asteroid belt. Attack the ship to save h🐠im.
Fifth Floor: Blight of the Sea (Mermaid)
After recrui꧑ting your first fish, swim back to the very start of the level and open the first clamshell to free the ribbon collector insidಞe.
Basement: The Dark Swordfighter & The Arena (Swordfighter)
Right before you go throꦍug𝓀h the gate up the steps, head past the stairs to the dead end on the right and smash the vases to free the hapless ribbon collector.
Basement: The Dark Ninja & The Legion of Guards (Ninja)
In the 🌸section where Peach hides underwater, heaꦦd to the top of the screen after killing the guard in the right corner island to slip under the wall. Kill the guard in here too, and the trapped ribbon man hiding behind the bamboo will be free.
Basement: The Dark Ice & The Shadowy Stage (Figure Skater)
In the first area, defeat the enemies then h🅺ead of♋f the path to the right rather than going through the portal to rescue the ribbon collector.
Basement: The Dark Baker & The Bewitching Sweets (Patissiere)
After meeting the Dark Sparkla but before going into the bakery, use the mixing bowl 𓃲to make some cookies and give them to the ribbon collector right by the bakery door.
Basement: The Dark Locomotive & The Doomed Town (Cowgirl)
When jumping on the saloon rooftops, the🦩 ribbon collector is inside a 🌳barrel at the end of the second jump. Leap beyond him then lasso behind you to save him.
Basement: The Dark School & The Twisted Fist (Kung Fu)
Trapped behind the second boulder in the level, up on the red raised platform, is the ribbon colleꦯctor.
Basement: The Dark Prison & The Dangerous Trap (Dashing Thief)
When presented with four doors, head through the lower right hand side door. In here, head as far left as po🌞ssible then portal through the curtains. Use the pink switch to lift the right♔ hand door upwards, then go through and deactivate the switch to save the collector.
Basement: The Dark Museum & The Purple Mastery (Detective)
Rotate all tꦉhe statue heads to the left then go to the elevator on the right to rescue the ribbon collector. If you do this be♏fore turning the heads, the floor will not be there and saving him will be impossible.
Basement: Dark Space & The Great Meteor (Mighty)
During the opening ast🦄eroid section, catch an asteroid and throw it at the podium with the ribbon collector to defend him from his assailants.
Basement: The Dark Depths & Swirling Currents (Mermaid)
Before opening the big clamshell to free the Mermaid Sparkla, swim to the right to find the red clamshell drifting by - the rꦐibbon collector is inside.
