Suffice it to say whether one got a PS5, or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Xbox Series X, their launches turned out great for both companies. The same goes for the games that accompanied them. However, in all of the hype one might have lost sight in some other games that came out around the launch of both systems and for the older consoles t✨oo.

With so many consoles and games launching in a brief span of a month, it would have been easy to not hear about one, two, or even a dozen games worth discussing. So, from the end of October thr𒉰ough November, these are some games worth noting be🀅fore the year ends.

10 Fuser

Fuser is not so much a good game as it is an excellent set of tools. That is to say the campaign portion can be overly complicated. Playing against someone or in co-op is a good time though. The biggest thing of note is how well this game uses its tools to create mixes. This is to be expected from Harmonix. Expect big things from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fuser in the future.

9 Sackboy: A Big Adventure

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sackboy: A Big Adventure was a launch title for the PS5 so maybe it wasn’t exactly overlooked. Still, next to bigger titles like Demon’s Souls and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, it didn’t get as much press. It may not be the best platformer for the system, as Astro Bot is the clear winner 🐬for now, but it is still enjoyable. Plus the co-op nature of it is welcoming for the whoඣle family.

8 Star Renegades

Star Renega♍des is a turn-based R🅘PG roguelike. It takes place far in the future and is filled with space combat, mechs, aliens, and the whole nine yards.

Players jump into a randomized map, fight through waves of enemies in the hopes of defeating the final boss to then lay claim to that planet. Dying will reset levels, items, and prett🥂y much everything else. It’s tough but rewarding and visually stunning no matter what platform one plays this on.

7 Just Dance 2021

Just Dance 2021 promo

Just Dance is a series that has been yearly for over a decade now. It quietly comes out and is celebrated by fans but doesn’t gather much press. This ver𒆙sion doesn’t do much new, but it is jam packed with content from all eras and ꦯgenres of music thanks to the subscription service of Just Dance Unlimited. Looking for a family friendly co-op game and or a way to stay fit while cooped up in quarantine? This is worth checking out.

6 Ghostrunner

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ghostrunner is like a combination of Hotline Miami and Mirror’s Edge. The only weapon players have is a sword which cuts through enemies in one slice. The bad news is that they also die in a single hit. So, like Hotline Miami, your goal is to be as quick, stealth🔯y, and precise as possible when running through levels. It gets hard fast but is also enormously satisfying.

5 Metaverse Keeper

A lot of people may pass up Metaverse Keeper. At first glance the animations may not seem that dynamic and they really aren’t. Movement and 💦visuals are not this game’s strongpoint but it does have a decent set of designs for the obscure weapons, characters, and enemies. As a roguelike it’s also rare to find one that is challenging, but also doesn’t punish you much for dying besides progress ꩵin the dungeon. Plus it has co-op, another rare sight.

4 🤡 🌞 The Pathless

The Pathless promo

The Pathless is the next game fro🌳m Giant Squid. It’s like their last game Abzu, but more open. The journey this time is about an island which has been cursed by someone known as the God Slayer. The player’s mission is to free the spirits of the island through exploration and puzzle solving via a trusty eagle companion. It might be t🍌oo open for some people but it sure does look and sound pretty and who doesn’t love letting eagles?

3 Sakuna: Of Rice And Ruin

Sakuna promo

Sakuna came out right in the heat of the🎐 new console launches. It can best be described as an action platformer RPG with farming simulation elem𝔉ents.

Sakuna is a disgraced god who was banished to an islan﷽d to vanquish a demon infestation and to also replace her offering of rice. Plant rice, get stronger. It ca🍷n be a repetitive loop as a lot of environments tend to look the same but it can also be satisfying.

2 Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory

Like Sakuna, this also came out at the launch. Now, this was not the next big chapter in the franchise fans may have hoped for. In fact there is only about twenty minutes of new content and it is literally at the very end of the game. It was a perplexing choice but story stuff aside this was mostly an enjoyable take on the rhythm action genre. Plus 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory has co-op and a versus multiplayer.

1 Yakuza: Like A Dragon

Yakuza: Like A Dragon gameplay screenshot

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Yakuza series has always been a tough sell in the West. They are all almost virtually the same on the surface as brawlers in pretty much one location. The numbers can also be daunting that’s why 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Yakuza: Like A Dragon ditched the seven as sort of a reboo🍨t. Plus it’s now an RPG and has English voices for the first time since the PS2. It’s the most accessible entry yet that doesn’t require a history lesson to start.
