Year Four of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Siege kicked off on March 6th, 2019 with the introduction of Operation Burnt Horizon. Three more expansion updates followed, and with them new features, updates and f course, operators. All in all, 2019 was a great year for Siege. The game had some well needed quality of life changes and tweaks made𒊎 while it maintained and grew in popularity. Some maps were reworkedꦕ as were some operators, and while things still aren’t perfect, Ubisoft is trying to make the game as balanced as they can while still maintaining the right amount of competitiveness within the community. So far it seems to be working and the fans appreciate it.
2019 also saw four limited time events. While the novelty of each was fun for a while, Year 4 will be remembered for one thing by most of the community; who the new operators are and what they brought to the table. Keeping a game like Siege balanced and enjoyable while rolling out new characters is a tough task. It goes without saying that not all new operators will gel well with the meta, and while ,most find a place, some are just too limited in their use. With that in mind, we look back to Year 4’s operators and see how they all stack up. Here is every Year 4 Siege operator, ranked.
8 Warden
Warden really seemed like he would be an insanely useful operator prior to him being released. But once players actually got their hands on him, it became clear that expectations weren’t going to match reality. Aside from his stylish running animation – which is pretty cool we admit – Warden doesꦐn’t really stand out. His guns are solid and his gadgets are fine, but his ability is pretty much useless.
Warden’s glasses allow him to see through some and make him immune to flashbangs. Seems like a pretty useful ability to hav, right? Well while it all sounds good on paper, once put into effect it’s a pretty limited ability to have. That’s because warden has to stay perfectly still for the glasses to wor🅘k. This is incredibly inconvenient and doesn’t give playersꦗ nearly as much flexibility in countering operators like Blitz and Glaz.
7 Amaru
Amaru is another operator that looked great once she was announced, but wasn’t nearly as effective as players thought she’d be once she was actual𓆏ly playable. That’s not to say that she’s a bad operator by any stretch. It’ꦆs just that when compared to other year 4 operators, Amaru falls a little bit short.
The big draw to Amaru was her Garra Hook; what is essentially a grappling hook that propels her through things like windows and hatches. It sounds like a useful ability, and it certainly has its uses. But it makes a decent amount of noise when in use and gives your position away. Its effectiveness is also dependant on the map, as you’ll have significantly less use for it on small🍃er maps than you will on larger ones that offer more breaching opportunity and choice.
6 Kali
Kali really is a solid operator, but in all honesty she’s probably one of the least forgiving in the game. Having good aim in a game like Siege is a given. But you need to be really precise with an operator like Kali, otherwiജse you’re pretty much rendered ineff♐ective and made t e an easy target for opponents.
The big draw to kali isn’t her ability – though it is a fairly useful one we’ll cover in a bit – but her primary weapon. The CSRX♚ 300 is a bolt-action sniper rifle that insta-downs anyone it hits. Sounds broken right? Well in the hands of a capable player it is, but this all really comes down to how competent of a shot you are. Her ability, the LV Explosive lance, is a projectile shot out of her rifle that primarily serves as a way of countering Kaid and Bandit’s abilities and making it easi✤er for attackers to breach.
5 Nøkk
Nøkk is a pretty solid operator who can easily sneak up on defenders by using her HEL Presence Reduction ability. Think of what Vigil does on defense and you pretty much know all 🐟you need to. It’s an easy enough ability to take advantage of, and coupled with a good range of weapons and gadgets, makes Nøkk a great attacker.
You can use Nøkk a number of ways. Most players will take advantage of her ability to sneak around the map and get the better of surveillance heavy operators like Vakyrie and Echo. She can also be used to try and counter roamers, though you should really have solid map knowledge before trying ౠthis.
4 Mozzie
Mozzie is an incredibly fun operat🔴or with a pretty useful ability that’s annoying for attackers to deal with if used right. The first thing that caught peoples eye when he was first shown off wasn’t his ability or his guns – though both are excellent – but his slick reloading animation.
Ability wise, Mozzie uses his Pest launcher to capture up to 3 enemy drones. Twitch drones inꦇcluded. This can be useful in both providing some extra surveillance for defenders, stopping attackers from scouting ahead and in the case of the Twitch drones, potentially doing some damage to the opposing team.
3 Wamai
Wamai is one of the newer operators introduced at the tail end of year 4. He’s a great addition to the roster and a defending operator many players can make use of right off the bat. Wamai is both a two speed and two armor operator, so he’s pretty balanceไd for players wanting to roam o🍒r just anchor the objective.
His ability, Mag-NET, is pretty much like Jaeger’s ADS’ except instead of neutralizing projectiles it can turn the tables and use them against the opposing team – ꦺdepending on how well they’re placed around the map.
2 Goyo
Another defending operator, Goyo is great for crowd control and is one of the most hectic oജperators in the game. In a good way of course. With 2 speed and 2 artmor, Goya can move around effectively, but given the nature of his ability, players may not want to stray too far from the objective.
His Volcán Shield are deployable shields that when shot from the back explode into a burst of fire – similar to Capitao’s cross bolt. This is ideal for denying rushes and last second plants on🎃 bomb – though they can be used effectively on secure area as well depending on the situation.
1 Gridlock
The best yea🥀r 4 operator by far was Gridlock. With 1 speed and 3 armor, Gridlock is a slow moving attacker that can take a little more damage than quicker operators. Both her F90 and M249 SA🐠W are solid primary weapons that can both be used effectively. It really comes down to preference. Her Super Shorty secondary shotgun can breach walls, barricades and floors, making it a versatile weapon to have on you.
♛Her Trax Stingers are pretty versatile and can be used in a number of situations. Seeing as they spread as they’re deployed, not only are they good for unnerving nearby defenders, but also for keeping roamers at bay and protecting the defuser on bomb – as defenders must either shoot or blow them up to move past them without bei💖ng slowed down and taking damage. Either of these actions gives their position to attackers and really can help turn the round at any given time.
