Gold Bolts are a classic collectible item in Ratchet & Clank, so it's no surprise to see them Return for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. There are a total of 25 Gold Bolts spread across the game, distributed fairly evenly across the gameꦇ's nine worlds. Gold Bolts are typically relatively simple to spot, but often a bit harder to get to. Some require side quests to be completed first, others need you to solve puzzles, and some are just tucked away under platforms or in the shadows. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - What do Gold Bolts do?
While some other collectibles unlock weapons, armour,❀ or other ♋upgrades, Gold Bolts are more aesthetic. They provide new skins for Rivet's hammer and Ratchet's wrench, as well as for their ship. Once you get enough, you can also transform the smaller bolts into other valuables, such as the Overdrive drink from Insomniac's earlier title, Sunset Overdrive. The more you unlock, the more rewards. Each Gold Bolt unlocks a new reward, and a full chronological list can be found below. It's the amount of Gold Bolts that matters, as opposed to which ones you collect first.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Corson V
There are three Gold Bolts on Corson V. The first one can be found around the back of the building you๊ encounter immediately after leaving Club Nefarious. Bounce up to the raised platform then hover jump around the back of the building.
The second Gold Bolt is just over the gap immediately after you leave your ship - although since this is the first world, you won't start here on your first visit. Jump and wall run the gap then drop🅠 down to find the second Gold Bolt.
The third Gold Bolt is in the first room of the factory. Ride the boxes around🅷 to the wall jump wall, jump it, then jump up to the top platform and ride the conveyor belt around to the final Gold Bolt on Corson V.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Sargasso
There are three Gold Bol﷽ts on Sargasso. The first one can be found on a raised ✃platform just outside of Rivet's hideout. You'll need to rift over to it.
The seco🐬nd Gold Bolt is behꦿind the vat of acid near where you fight off the Grunthor.
The third Gold Bolt is only available once you get far 🍌enough through the Help Trudi quest to be able to💎 fly. It's floating in a metallic ring high above the map.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Scarstu Debris Field (Zurkie's)
There are three Gold Bolts at Zurkie's, and two of them are rewards for completing various rounds in the Arena. The first Gold Bolt is in the Bronze Cup,💦 Round 4, and the second is in the Silver Cup, Round Three. These challenges are Awesome Bugtrax Done Quick: Time Trial: Finish The Speetle Course! Quickly! and Pest Control: Defeat 50 Pests Before the Poison Gas Kills You respectively.
The third Gold Bolt is almost directly underneath the landing dock of your ship. You'll need to mov🦹e forward and jump and hover underneath the platform to grab it. Doing this will kill you, but you'll just respawn with the Gold Bolt in your inventory.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Savali
There are three Gold Bolts on Savali. The first one can be found on a platfor😼m in the middle of the map, but you need to head north and hit thꦅe succession of switches pictured above to open up a rift to it.
The second is inside a ship on the south east side of the map, near the Poc𓂃ket Dimension.
The third Gold Bolt is a reward for completing the💟 Glitch Puzzle on Savali, which is completed during your second visit as you make your way to the catacombs.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Blizar Prime
There are three Gold Bolts on Blizar Prime - but remember that Blizar Prime is two levels in one, thanks to the dimensional crystals. The first one can be found after reaching the first room with the green computer terminal. Head left, then jump across the lava and head left again, followin🔴g the path past the Rareitanium to the first Gold Bolt.
The second Gold Bolt can be found near the cave where the Find The Chef quest leads you toꩲ. There is a broken up path that leads to the Gold Bolt, just🌼 if you hit every dimensional crystal you come across, you'll be able to make your way along it.
The third Gold Bolt is on the Mag Surface path in the Mining Hub while you tꦑry to find the Chief ꦑEngineer. You'll need to hit the crystal to enter the destroyed dimension, then make your way up the Mag Surfaces to the top.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Torren IV
There are two Gold Bolts on Torren IV. The first one can be found near the start, just head down the road and take the right path that's tucked away. Boost over the two ramps, swing, an💟d wallrun your way around to reach a platform⛦ with the Gold Bolt.
The second Gold Bolt appears during the rail grinding section. When you come to the tunnel with the red barrier, jump to the rail on the left and rif🧸t over to the left again to reach the rail with t😼he Gold Bolt.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Cordelion
There are three Gold Bolts on Cordelion. The first one can be found on a lonely platform ꧙just off from the main elevator platform when you first arrive. It's in the living dimension, but there's a crystal there, so it can be visited regardless.
The second Gold🌟 Bolt is in the underwater section, in a fork off to the right just after the tunnel. Jump the gap and 🦂climb the wall.
The tᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚhird is behind a broken door 𓂃that can be accessed with a rift at the point in the map shown on the image above.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Ardolis (Pirate Base)
There are two Gold Bolts on A🐲rdolis. The first one is a reward for completing the Glitch puzzle a꧃s part of the Pirate Trials.
The second Gold Bolt is floating in the water at this point on the map. Y🎃ou'll need to use a Speetle to ge🍌t there.
If you complet♌e the Treasure Hunt quest on Ardolis at the Pirate Base, you will get a map that shows the location of every collectible,📖 which should help your attempt to find them all.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Where to find the Gold Bolts on Viceron (Zordoom Prison)
Th𒀰ere are three Gold Bolts on Viceron. The first one can be found just after you meet Ms. Zurkon for the first time here. Dash through the door, kill all the bots, but before you activate the terminal, turn around and head through a door to the left of the one you came through. The Gold Bolt is in here.
The sꦇecond Gold Bolt is between the two han🦄ging containment cells just as you leave the mini prison with the barred cells.
The third Gold Bolt is in the third cell on the left when you fight your way back into the V.I.P. 🉐prison section, just after you just down the reactor and rift out of the office.
