168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ratchet and Clank's latest outing, the PlayStation 5 exclusive 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Rift Apart, is the most ambitious game in the series, offering some of the best visuals on the console as well as an unprecedented level of detail. So much so that many smaller details will be missed by many players, especially if you're rushing through the game.
Most of these details don't have a huge impact on gameplay, so there's a high chance that you didn't even realize they were there. After they're pointed out though you'll probably find them hard to miss once you head back into Rift Apart. Here are some things you completely missed in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
10 All Of The Puzzle🌃s Are Skippable
In a similar move to that seen in both of Insomniac's 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Spider-Man games, all of the puzzle segments in Rift Apart are completely optional. You're provided with an option to skip every puzzle in the game, meaning if you're more interested in the action than solving head-scratching puzzles you're free to do so.
Clank's Anomalies and Glitch Challenges are both pretty good gameplay sections that make a nice break from the more chaotic gameplay seen in the rest of the game. However, should you prefer to avoid these, simply press pause, and then select the 'Skip puzzle' option to continue on with the adventure.
9 The Photo Mode Is Usable At Any Time🎀
Another feature lifted from the Spider-Man games, Rift Apart's photo mode is one of the best on PS5. It's available at any point in the game, including during cutscenes, and has a surprising level of depth with a range of settings and adjustments to play around with.
Features available include lighting, character poses, visual effect modes, and stickers. 🍨There is even an option to eꦉnable effects such as jetpack flames, dimension portals, or particle effects, bringing photos alive.
8 💝 You Can Speedrun With The Hove🐈rboots
Hoverboots are unlocked around Rift Apart's midpoint and are one of the most useful tools in your arsenal. If you're interested in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:speedrunning through the game they're a must, especially because they allow you to push through parts of the game incredibly quickly.
They also have a lot of momentum, meaning they're great for jumping large gaps or accessing hard-to-reach places. You'll probably forget you have them after a while, but they're a great help at zipping around Rift Apart's numerous settings.
7 ꦚ You Can Adjust The Game Speed
One of the best accessibility features offered in Ratchet's latest adventure is the ability to alter the game speed. You can choose to lower the action to either 70 percent, 50 percent, or 30 percent. You can even flick between these options on the fly too, meaning you can truly curate the experience however you want.
6 ෴ The RYNO 8 Is A Reskin Of The The Sheepinatorܫ
The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:RYNO 8 superweapon is a fairly common sight in Ratchet & Clank games across the years, with a version of the weapon being available in nearly all the games in the series. The Rift Apart version though is interestinﷺgly enough a reskin of the Sheepinator from Ratchet & Clank 2016.
There are some diff🎐erences between the two, with the RYNO 8 model being much more detailed, as well as having some small design alterations, but the base model of the two weapons are incredibly similar.
5 Mirror Mode Can Change Your Perception 🔴
Mirror Mode is an unlockable cheat that requires you to collect 19 of the 25 Gold Bolts in Rift Apart. As a result, most players don't even know it exists but enabling it inverts the world of Rift Apart horizontally, making an enjoyable but slightly odd experience.
It can make a great challenge if you've already beaten the game and are replaying through the Challenge mode, but it's hard to recommend if you're playing through the game for the first time.
4 𓃲 The Pixelizer HD Makes The Dualsense Play Music
The Pixelizer HD is one of the most unique weapons in Rift Apart, and not only because of what it does in gameplay. Charging up the weapon makes the Dualsense vibrate in a way that placing it on a surface 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:generates actual music.
The song in question appears to be a variant of the Doctor Nefarious theme and holding the controller whilst charging the weapon will instead 'play' this theme as vibrations in your hand. It's a pretty cool detail, but one that is very easy to miss.
3 Ratchet & Rivet's Voice Is Muffled By Their Helmets
If either Ratchet or Rivet is wearing a helmet whilst talking, their voices will be muffled by the extra layer they're wearing. Removing their helmets then removes this effect. This applies to helmets that cover their mouths too.
Another small detail related to helmets is that if you're in space without a helmet that covers their mouth, both Ratchet and Rivet will put on a breathing device. Rift Apart is full of these small details that are hard to spot but add a lot to the game's immersion.
2 🦋 Emperor Nefarious Takes Over From Dr. Nefarious in Nefarious City ♔
One of the main twists in Rift Apart is the presence of two different Nefarious', both hell-bent on causing you a lot of trouble. The first time you arrive in Nefarious City, Dr. Nefarious steps into the Emperor's shoes, blasting his own propaganda across the cities speakers.
However, if you return after Emperor Nefarious makes his first appearance in the game, you'll be met with a whole bunch of brand new lines from the Emperor himself. With the Doctor pushed to the side, it's his turn to take back rightful control of the PA system in Nefarious City.
1 💛The RYNO 8 Drops In Objects From Other Dimensions
Upgrading the RYNO 8 in Rift Apart allows you to summon objects from other PlayStation dimensions and drop them onto the enemies below. Some of the objects included are; a ravager from Horizon Zero Dawn, Jax and Daxter, Sly Cooper and even Sully's Propellor Plane from Uncharted.
The RYNO 8 a🦩lso pulls items from Rift Apart itself, but these inter-dimensional objects and characters are definitely the pick of the bunch.
