168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Red Dead Redemption II is a dense game. Not only is the story about two hundred hours long, but it is rich with characterization, thematic relevance, and important plot details. As such, it's very easy to miss some intriguing and important deta꧟ils.
One of 💧the most forgotten characters is Abigail Roberts. Of course, she's not actually forgotten, as she's one of the major characters of the series. But when it comes to fan discussion, she is often pushed aside for more complex and intrigui🤪ng characters like Arthur, John, and Dutch.
But she's still very memorable on her 🙈own. These are ten details everyone missed about Abigail Roberts.
10 She Met The 🐬Gang Through Uncle
Unfortunately, we don't know much about Abigail's life pre-Red Dead Redemption II. We do know that her maiden name is Abigail Roberts and that she grew up an orphan. But aside from that, we know absolutely nothing about her tragic upbringing. However, what we do know is that Abigail met Uncle some time in the mid 1890s and he introduced her to the Van der Linde gang in 1894. This was five years prior to the events of Red Dead Redemption II, so she certainly has sꦦome history with the gang!
9 𓃲 She Was A Prostitute
What we also know is that Abigail was working as a prostitute at the time. Unfortunately, the late 19🦩th century wasn't a great time for women, especially women who were raised without parents or an education. This lack of opportunities and close familial relationships led Abigail down the path of prostitution, and it was here that Uncle met her and introduced her to the gang. Unfortunately, that wasn't exactly a thrilling career opportunity...
8 She Slept With The Gang 🌜
As you can probably imagine, Abigail didn't have many opportunities within the gang. She was brought in as a prostitute, and a prostitute she remained. She slept around the Van der Linde gang and had re♏lations with many of its members. It was thrꦆough this that she grew close to the gang and its members, particularly John Marston.
Unfortunately, her relations with Marston would result in an unwanted pregnancy, leading into the events of Red Dead Redemption II.
7 ♌ She Was Pregnant At 18 🦩
Sleeping with Jack resulted in her pregnancy with Jack Marston, the couple's first child. Unfortunately, this child caused some major consternation between the couple and the overall group, and John briefly left for a year to collect his thoughts and get away from his parental responsibilities. This left Abigail to raise a child by herself when she was only eighteen years old, although the other members of the gang helped her through it. It was this event that caused a major rift not only between John and Abigail, but John and Arthur as well, as Arthur believed John's flight to be a form of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:cowardice and irresponsibility.
6 She Is Only 22 When Red Dead Redemption II Starts 🎶
Abigail always seemed like one of the more reasonable, mature, and responsible members of the group, and this maturity causes her to appear older than she actually is. In fact, Abigail is only 22 throughout the events of Red Dead Redemption II. It is said that she was born in 1877, and the events of RDR II take pl🔥ace some time in 1899. It's possible, then, that she could even be 21, depending on where her birthday falls (that we don't know). We don't know about you, but we would never have pegged her at 22, let alone 21!
5 The Marstons Share A Name With Historical Figures ꦛ
This little tidbit obviously isn't mentioned in the game, but it's still a n🐠eat little piece of trivia. The Marstons, John and Abigail, share first names with the second President of the United States and his First Lady. John Adams served as President between 1797 and 1801. He also served as the first Vice President and leader of the American Revolution. His wife was Abigail Smith, a devoted wife and one of John's closest confidantes and political advisers. We don't really know what to make of this fact, but knowing Rockstar, it's surely not a coincidence.
4 She Was Right To Warn John ♍
One of the most interesting parts of the game is the epilogue, an extended sequence meant to bridge the gaps between Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption II. We know that Ross is after John in the beginning of RDR, but we don't know exactly how he got there.
That is answered when Abigail warns John not to go after Micah, saying that it could get them all killed. He doesn't listen, hunts down and kills Micah, and draws the attention of Ross. If it wasn't for that action, and if John had listened to🦄 Abigail, they would have li꧙kely enjoyed a long and happy life together.
3 𒁏 She Might Have Married Arthur
It's possible that Abigail and Arthur are married in an alternate universe. This is evident if you read Arthur's journal after he takes Jack fishing. Taking the Marstons' child fishing seems to put Arthur in a ruminating mood, and he writes about his thing for Abigail. He doesn't go into too much detail, but he does say, "Perhaps I should have married her. I think part of me has always thought that, yet." It's also implied that Arthur's love for Mary and Abigail's love for John prevented him from proposing. Maybe in another life he did. Either wayꦿ, Abigail is fatefully doomed when it comes to husbands!
2 🔴 The Whole Gang Has A Thing For Her
This tends to happen when the male:female ratio is way off. It's implied through easily missable moments around camp that much of the Van der Linde gang has a thing for Abigail. Both Bill and Javier likely have a thing for her, and Abigail's eventual falling for John has ignited a rivalry between him and Bill. You can also find Micah flirting with Abigail, which she of course finds repulsive. That🧸 said, Micah probably flirts with ♌everyone.
1 ꧙ The Marston♛s Had A Daughter
We know next to nothing about the Marston daughter, but it's obvious that she was born sometime between the events of Red Dead Redemption II and Red Dead Redemption. We only know that they had a daughter through very brief mentions in the first game, as John mentions it in dialogue with Bonnie, Nigel, and Luisa. However, before the events of RDR, and we obviously don't see her in RDR II. It's weird to know that shortly af🐻ter this game ended, John and Abigail had a second child. Unfortunately, it wasn't long for the world. Abigail really has led a tragic life, hasn't she?
