With a ton of games getting a re-release or remaster of the sort these days. You might be surprised to find that a game you have cherished or played the heck out of is coming back to either a new console or getting a graphical overhaඣul with additional gameplay enhancements.
While the movie industry may be chock full of bad remakes, that's not the case for the video game in🔜dustry.

10 𒁏 Trials⭕ of Mana
Developed and published by Square in 1995. This turn-based RPG didn't see a North American release until 2019 when it was included in the Mana Collection released for the Nintendo Switch. The Mana franchise has always been somewhat of a Japan-only exclusive. But with the release of the collection, that appears to be changing shortly after the game launched. It was announced that a remake of Trials of Mana❀ was in development and is scheduled for release on April 24 of this year.
9 Doom 64
Not a lot of people know that there just so happens to be a port of Doom that made it to the N64. But for those who are aware, most likely regard the game as the true Doom 3. Complete with new graphics, weapons, and levels, it was more like a whole new game than an actual port of the original. 8 Tokyo 🧸Mirage Se🥀ssions ♯FE
A crossover between the Fire Emblem franchise and the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, this colorful turn-based RPG released late into the Wii U's life cycle and as a result did not sell very well. Critics, however, found the game to be very enjoyable and gave it solid ratings. It seems that Nintendo has not forgotten about the game, as a re-release is incoming for the Switch. Whether or not this move will attract n♔ew fans to the game remains to be seen.
7 ও Pillars of ﷽Eternity 2: Deadfire
From the legends at Obsidian Games, from the studio came in the form of Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire. The game was a smash hit on PC, earning praise from both critics and players. With its fantastic storytelling and addicting gameplay, it was a shame that only PC players were able to experience it. That will, of course, be changing in the near future as the company has announced that a console por𓆏t will arrive soon.
6 Yakuza 5
Released in 2012 as a PS3 Japan exclusive. Yakuza 5 never really got a North American r▨elease until 2015. But it was a 2012 version and only available as a PlayStation Network exclusive. The game received critical acclaim upon release and fans have been clamori♔ng for an updated version or a remaster of some sort.
Well come February, players will get their wish in the form of The Yakuza Remastered Collection. With additio🍸nal content and improved translat🍬ions, it is a must-buy for any fan of the long-running series.
5 Warcraft 3: Reforged ♑
Long ago, before WOW was the juggernaut it is today. Warcraft 3 was an RTS hit that gave birth to the genre and kept college dorms up all night playing against each other. For years, fans have begged Blizzard to make Warcraft 4. But instead of a sequel, Blizzard has decided to remake the popular RTS as a whole new g♚ame for new and old fans💎. While the game has gone through a few beta tests, it's still not here as the game was delayed until January 28.
4 Devil May Cry 3: Specialꦗ Edition
We all know the story of how the North American release of Devil May Cry 3 was extremely hard due to the game receiving Japan's hard mode as it's default difficulty. However, that mistake was rectified when it received a re-release in the fo🔜rm of a special edition back in 2006, where new features were added as well as difficulty tweaks. Now it appears that the game is headed towards the Switch in February. So if you happen to be a huge DMC fan, fire up that Switch and get ready.
3 🌌 Persona 5 Royal ൩
To those who owned a PS4, Persona 5 was a must-buy at launch. Critics loved it and audiences adored it due to its wonderful cast of characters. To this day it's still played and replayed all over the globe. But come March 31, the game will rec🐲eive an enhanced re-relea💟se, complete with a new cast member, new palace and PS4 Pro support along with other goodies designed to make the game feel fresh.
2 Resident Evil 3 ✅ 𒐪
After the smash hit that was Resident Evil 7. Capcom decided to go back and give old and new fans a complete remaster of the popular survival horror title, Resident Evil 2. The game was another smash hit, with critics, gamers and all manner of Twitch streamers reveling in the awesomeness that was Resident Evil 2 shortly after the game's release.
People began to ask if Resident Evil 3 would get the same treatment, and at Playstation's State of Play event, fans got their answer. While the game is still t𒈔hree months from release, fans can satisfy their hunger by going about another playthrough on the current remake, or even load up their old PS1s and play the original.

This one may be hard to forget, but for those of you have, yes you heard right. Final Fantasy VII is getting a full-blown remake from the ground up. During E3 2015, a mysterious trailer was showcased ending with the revelation of Cloud's Buster Sword at the end. A standing ovation was given, but of course, that was to be expected. The original Final Fantasy VII still has a special place in the hearts of many, and there's not a soul alive who isn't excited about the remake. Everything from the music to th♛e gameplay is being made from scratch. And players who have p💝layed the original will surely have a plethora of surprises waiting for them.
