Wait for two seconds, then hop in. You'll drop down to a secret area in the Labyrinth. From here, simply cross the bridge and turn right, where you'll see some rubble that you can dig.
After a few attempts, you’ll obtain the Prismatic Stone Blue.
How To Find Prismatic Stone Red
For the final Prismatic Stone, head to Root Earth and go to the Corrupted Harbor checkpoint. From this checkpoint, turn around, and to the left side, you'll find some rocks and ruins.
This is where you need to dig with your shovel. After a bit of digging, you'll obtain the Prismatic Stone Red.

With all three Prismatic Stones in your possession, return to Ward 13 and make your way to Wallace.
