With the release of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil 3 remake, fans are wondering what’s coming next. Will Capcom release Resident Evil VIII? It has been three years since its predecessor launched in 2017. Rumors are already swirling about the game suggesting that it could be even more drastically different from Resident Evil VII.

Other rumors suggest Resident Evil 4 wi📖ll get the remake treatment next. Is that necessary? It has been ported numerous times in various HD quality enhancements. That said, some things cannot be fixed with mere graphical makeovers. So if the game really is getting , here are some things Capcom should, and should not, do with it.

10 Do: Add A Safe Box

Bring back the safe box ♛from 🎃the classic games. Being able to carry everything sounded like a good idea at the time. However, this often led to having to discard items. It was a waste.

On another note with the suitcase, there should be a way to switch weapons while playing instead of ♌having to swap back to it in order to ch﷽ange stuff out every time. It became tedious.

9 Don’t: Keep Quicktime Events

In the mid-2000s, everybody and their mothers wanted to add in quick time events. It was supposed to immerse players more. While they s🅰till exist t𝓰oday, a lot of companies have learned not to be so strict with prompts meaning that a missed button press or two won’t result in a game over.

Resident Evil 4 is aggre♑ssive when it comes to quick-time events meaning that a slip up means death. The knife fight with Krauser stands out.

8 Do: Add More Character Models

Are the situations Leon is placed in tense and frightening? Yes. High powered graphics or not this still remains true. Hearing the moans o🍸f villagers or cultists brings a chill to the bone.

That said, some of this fear is alleviated when the same character models attack. Of the villagers, there’s maybe five or six in the game. Capcom, spend some budget on creating more models!

7 Don’t: Have Ashley Be So Vulnerable

Ashley is annoying on many levels. She is the stereotypical dam꧃sel in distress that can’t do anything while following Leon around. Sometimes there will be a garbage bin for her to hide in safely, but more often then not she’ll be tagging along just to get in the way.

If she gets hit, she is pretty much dead meaning that players need to waste valuable healing items on her due to bad AI’s tactics. There’s got to be a better way to implement her in the remake like negating damage like Ellie in The Last of Us.

6 Do: Keep The Merchant

Resident Evil 4 was the first to ad💙d an in-game shopkeeper. The Merchant’s cryptic haggling has become🎀 one of the most adored parts of the game.

Since then, shops have opened up in other games, usually through New Game+ modes. While it might be tempting to just do that again without clerks, they shoul𝓡dn't get rid of T𓆏he Merchant. His warping around may not make sense but he is as big a part of the game as Leon is.

5 Don’t: Have Multiple Weapon Types

On the subject of the store, let’s get rid of the random as𒉰sortment of the same types. There are so many 9MM▨ pistols and shotguns in the game. Buying one only to have a better model come around later feels like the money invested in the previous model to be a waste.

It would be best to just have one weapon per type to upgrade throughout the game, but at most there s🌳hould only be two.

4 Do: Breakable Weapons

Like most 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil games, ammo can be scarce early on. Know what isn’t so scarce? Weapons. Why couldn’t Leon use the various hatc💟hets, pitchforks, scythes, and so forth of his enemies in the original?

Go ahead and let them break in the remake. They don’t need to be permanent. Just being able to use them for a few st🅠abs would be ▨good enough.

3 Don’t: Have So Many Monster Closets

As mentioned earlier, the gꦐame can get pretty intense with the number of villagers hounding after Leon. Some areas, like the early village sections, are intere♉sting puzzles. Where is the best place to set up shop in order to take the horde out most effectively? It makes the player really think.

Then the game gets more cramped starting in the castle making each encounter feel like a never-ending monster clos💝et. There are way too many encounters like this in the game.

2 Do: Remake Cut Content

One thing that has bothered fans about this game is the fact that it jumps from Leon being a rookie in Resident Evil 2 to a secret agent saving t❀he President’s daughter. How did he get that job?

It would be interesting to have a sort of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes type of release♔ for the remake in order to get players excited for it and to also set up Leon better. Maybe they could even include cut content like the ghost house or the Hook Man.

1 Don’t: Add Subtitles

This is very important. Subtitles for the villagers should not be added. Part of why they were so scary, besides their numbers, waജs the language barrier.

Knowing what they were saying could ruin it even though one can already loo🐼k that stu꧑ff up online.
