There are plenty of mysterious characters in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil series. For instance, there are still a lot of unanswered questions about the likes of Ada Wong and RE4's Merchant. Perhaps nobody prompts more questions than Hunk, though.

He is a character who is regularly featured in RE mini-games but sparingly in the main narratives. In fact, he has never interacted with the likes of Chris, Leon, or Jill. Yet, that hasn't stopped him from being among the most recognizable and popular characters in the series. As such, it would be nice to learn a bit more about him. Here's everything the series has revealed thus far.

Hunk Before The Games

HUNK in Resident Evil 4 Remake: The Mercenaries

Not a lot is known about Hunk before his exploits in the games. This is what makes him so mysterious. Nobody knows where he grew up, his real name, or how he joined Umbrella.

However, something that is confirmed is that he gained his exceptional combat skills from training on Rockfort Island in 1996.

This was only two years before the Raccoon City Incident. Yet, those were a big couple of years for Hunk. During that time, he participated in and, more importantly, survived plenty of dangerous missions and battles.

His work was so impressive that he earned the nickname Grim Reaper. Yet, he also gained the ire of Nikolai Zinoviev, who was jealous of his fellow Umbrella operative.

His Role In The Raccoon City Incident

Hunk had a significant role to play in the Raccoon City Incident that caused the events of𒁏 t🎃he second and third Resident Evil games.

His first task was to lead Umbrella's Alpha team to William Brikin's lab to retrieve the G-Virus. Things ended up going south when Birkin refused to hand it over. In response, one of Hunk's men shot him seemingly to death.

Yet, Birkin injected himself with the G-virus to transform into a giant monster - the one that you fight in RE2.

Birkin's first targets were the members of Alpha team, who were trying to escape with his samples of the G-Virus. He killed most of them, and some T-Virus samples broke in the process, which contaminated the Raccoon City drinking water.

As is typically the case for Hunk, he was the only surviving member of his crew. But, at least he still had a sample of the G-Virus, so the mission wasn't a complete failure.

Extraction out of Raccoon City took some time, though, and Hunk found himself amid the zombie outbreak. Eventually, Umbrella got him out of there, but ♎he had to survive a few battles with infected creatures in the process.

His Special Delivery To Rockfort Island

Hunk didn't physically appear in Resident Evil Code: Veronica, but he may have played a part in what happened in the game. This is because he delivered some form of B.O.W. to Rockfort Island - where the game takeꦅs place. The r🌟ecipient was Alfred Ashford.

It's unclear what Hunk actually delivered. In fact, not even Hunk himself knew, which was something that unnerved him.

In a letter to Ashford, he questioned why his team was asked to escort the B.O.W. to the island. After all, they only took on special assignments, and this one 🐻seemed like a simple delivery.

His Life After Umbrella

The original version of Umbrella disbanded in 2003. Since then, it hasn't been confirmed what Hunk has been up to. It's heavily rumored that the famed operative is now a mercenary. There are even suspicions that he's the protagonist of the Umbrella Corps game.

Yet, Capcom hasn't confirmed that, so Hunk's post-Umbrella exploits remain a mystery, just like the man himself.
