Resident Evil VIllage has several Achievements/🔯Trophies to unlock, but goes the extra mile by giving each one an in-game value. Completing a trophy nets you CP which you can then spend in the post-game Extra Content Shop to unlock concept art, new weapons, or even infinite ammo for any pre-existing guns.
While Resident Evil Village lets you replay the story indefinitely on the same file, some achievements can only be unlocked once per playthrough. Goooaaal! is an early-game trophy that most players are bound to miss on their first run through Resident Evil Village. Fortunately, it's not too hard to achieve if you know what you're doing.
Updated August 30, 2021 by Renan Fontes: Goooaaal! is the first real trophy/achievement you can unlock in Resident Evil Village, but you're probably not going to think to kick a ball around for too long when you're just settling into a survival horror experience. Goooaaal! nets you a comfortable 3000 CP, which can go a long way when you're trying to unlock all of the weapons available in the Extra Content Shop.
How To Put Rose To Sleep
Goooaaal! is a secret achievement that you can get as soon as you start Resident Evil Village. When you gain control of Ethan in the Winters' house, your initial goal is to take Rose – Ethan and Mia's baby – upstairs to bed. From where you start, walk from the sofa into the kitchen where you'll find Mia cooking dinner and turn right into the main corridor. Then, go towards the front door and turn to walk upstairs.
There are four rooms upstairs: the bathroom, the storage closet, the bedroom, and the study. You need to put Rose to sleep in the bedroom. To get to the bedroom, climb t𒀰o the top of the staircase and turn left straight down the hall. The rightmost door at the end of the cꦫorridor leads to the bedroom where you can put Rose to bed.
Now that Rose is down for her nap, look around the floor. There are toys scattered all over the bedroom, but you need to find the big yellow ball. The Big Yellow Ball can be move💛d b🔥y walking Ethan right through it. Keep your vision low and be steady when pushing it.
How To Get The Goooaaal! Achievement/Trophy
You need to roll the Big Yellow Ball into the study, which is found through the door on ♐the left of t🐟he bed.
- Tip: The study will be easy to spot, as there is a laptop inside which is glowing brightly amidst the darkness of the Winters' house.
Push the ball past Rose's cot and towards the bed. The door is already open, so keep your aim steady and try not to hit the corners. The ball's physics can either send it flying or lock it in place outright.
- Tip: The ball can get stuck against walls and in corners, which is frustrating since you can't get it back out easily – or at all sometimes. If this happens, you need to restart the section in the pause menu. Restarting will place you back downstairs when you first took control of Ethan, so you can just head upstairs and try again.
As soon as the ball goes inside the study, the Goooaaal! achievement/trophy will unlock. If you're on New Game Plus, you'll get your 3,000 CP right away. Otherwise, it'll unlock alongside the Extra Content Shop once you beat the main story.
