After the chilling unveiling of Resident Evil Village during Sony’s PS5 event, fans of the franchise have been eager to see more. The gam﷽ing community was expecting to get ♒more information on Resident Evil’s tenth main installment in August, but Capcom has pushed the reveal back to coincide with TGS.
Capcom’s two-day web event will be h𒊎osted as part of the Tokyo Game Show, featuring Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition on day one and Resident Evil Village on day two. As Capcom’s announcement focused on Resident Evil, fans took over the🍰 thread, discussing other titles they're were keen to hear more about. Some are hoping to get a Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Nintendo Switch port reveal at TGS. There are even whispers of a Monster Hunter: World 2 reveal. The RE fanbase also showed up in abundance to thank Capcom for some “better late than never” news, with Resident Evil: Resistance fans asking if there would be a September update.
