Ring Fit Adventure is an RPG that requires the player to perform exercises in order to succeed in the game. The premise of the game involves defeating a dragon named Dragoth, which requires that players travel to different locations and complete tasks. In order to make the character move in Ring Fit Adventure, the player needs to jog on the spot, while squeezing the Ring-Con can fire a b൲last of air in the game that can be used to destroy obstacles and acquire items.

If the player encounters an enemy in Ring Fit Adventure, then they will be thrown into a JRPG-style battle, where they will be expected to outperform the enemy in fitness battles. In order for the player to attack, they need to perform the exercises shown on the screen, such as squats. The moves are broken down into categories that reflect different limbs, with red moves relying on arms, yellow moves using core muscles, blue moves requiring the legs, and green skills that are based on yoga techniques. The player can also defend against enemy attacks by pressing the Ring-Con aga🧜inst their abs.💛 The player is rewarded for defeating enemies with experience points that can improve their level and increase their stats.

The intention with Ring Fit Adventure is to make exercise fun by adding video game progression elements, but there are also modes that allow the player to focus on the fitness elements. The game can also 🥀offer estimates regarding how many calories the player has burned in each session.

Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus were huge sellers for the Nintendo Wii and Ring Fit Adventure feels like a spiritual successor to that series. It's unclear whether Ring Fit Adventure offers enough content to keep people interested for long enough to remain in their fitness regimes, but if it helps some gamers to lose weight or become healthier, then that's all that matters. The only person who should be angry is Masahiro Sakurai, as he missed out on the chance to give the Wii Fit Trainer a cool new moveset in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Ring Fit Adventure and the Ring-Co🐟n/Leg Strap accessories will be available for Nintendo Switch on Octoberꦕ 18, 2019.
