With so many players fed up with the competitive mode in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:VALORANT, it seems like Riot is finally planning to make some changes to their ranked matchmaking system. According to a from Joe Ziegler, VALORANT's game director, there may be some big chꩵanges ✃coming to the ranking system in the near future.
Competitive matchmaking has been a source of resentment for many players of Riot's tactical shooter since the mode's release in late June. One of the main complaints, which many notable personalities haveཧ echoed, is that solo queue players are constantly being matched with teams who have all queued up together in a five-stack.
Apparently, Riot has been listening to the community's feedback. "On the design side we ꦿare currently analyzing the ranking system top to bottom," Ziegler said in his tweet. "We’re looking into changes that will improve many aspects of competitive, but have no൩t committed to any solutions yet."
With Ziegler's vagueness, fans don't know what exact "aspects" Riot is aiming to fix. Problems such as the issues with five-stacking, the lack of a competitive ladder♎, the incredibly long queue times for high-elo players as well as un𒉰evenly matched teams all require the developer's immediate attention.
Many content creators and professional players around the game's scene have all spoken out about these issues. 100 Thieves captain and streamer Spencer "𒊎Hiko" Martin has the five-stack issue in the past, saying "a solo or duo queue should never, ever ever ever ever have to play against a five stack."
More recently, popular streamer Brandon "Aceu" Winn how "unmotivated" he has become because of the ranked matchmaking system. Aceu explained that players are being carried by their better teammates in five-stacks, placing them in a rank they don🦂't deserve. He noted that the system is causing ranks to become "inflated."
One solution that many seem to agree with, is to adopt the system 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:League of Legends offers; one queue for solo and duos, and another flex queue which is open🏅 for five-stacks. However, only time will tell what changes Riot is planning to make for VALORANT's competitive mode.
