As the Oceania region is now included in the competitive process, the regional final has been renamed to the Teamfight Tactics: Oceania and North American Final (OCENA). To accommodate the addition ꦐof the region, the total number of competitors here will increase from the initial sixteen to twenty-four, with four additional players each from North America and Oceania.

As initially planned, players from each region will qualify through two distinct ways: ladd𝓰er standing and OCE Qualifier events. Each week, players will have the opportunity to earn points towards their overall qualification totals by playing a minimum of ten games. At the end of each week, they will score points based on their 🐷standing as follows:

  • 1-10 - 60 points
  • 11-25 - 50 points
  • 26-50 - 40 points
  • 51-100 - 25 points
  • 101-200 10 points
  • 201-300 5 points

With regards to qualifier events, these will provide players another, more direct route to securing their seats. For example, Team Liquid will host the first such event on the weekend of May 16 and continue ⛄weekly until July 12. On July 30, the finale will conclude to reveal which play﷽ers have secured their spots.

The next few months are sure to be packed with intense gameplay as the best players try each week to secure as many points as they can. The ruဣles for eligibility are simple, players must be at least 17 years of age by September 1, 2020,and be a permanent resident of Canada or the US for NA, or Australia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, New Caleℱdonia, New Zealand, or North Mariana Islands for Oceania.
