Turn slightly to your left, and there will be a skeleton with a candle and some camping gear near him. Now travel to the building to your left, where you'll see a pile of bodies set up in a gruesome display. Most likely, this person is who the ring belongs to; however, with how randomly placed a lot of the ൩artifacts are, this could just be a coincidence.
