Rob McElhenney visited PAX South in San Antonio this year and was quickly outed for gleefully slaughtering a bunch of characters in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Last of Us. The It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia star came to the conference to premiere his new comedy series, Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet, to a select group of attendees — and I was lucky enough to be one of them. His story comes at 1:25 in the below video🌼ꦺ.

(Warning: The Last of Us spoilers)

Rob hilariously recounted the fact that he haℱd no qualms executing the Firefly members in the end-game hospital in order to save Ellie — even if they were unarmed NPCs begging for their lives. He had the entire theater laughing with his "no regrets" style of story-telling.

When his co-star, Ashly Burch, brought up the moral conundrum behind the decision to kill characters who ar♛en't outright evil, he stuck to his guns, stating, "I didn't even know there was a moral flashpoint, I just walked in and started killing ... F*** these motherf***ers." He tacked on that once the sequel comes out in May, "I'ma kill everybody there too. I'm gonna find as man𝓡y nurses as I can and take em' all out right from the very beginning."

I couldn't help but realize the similarity between his approach to the game and the meme that came from Danny DeVito's character in It's Always Sunny.

The Last of Us continues to receive undying praise as hype around the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Last of Us Part II looms for its late-May release. Joel and Ellie will make their return in the sequel, taking place around five years after the e🔴vents of the first — Ellie serving as the player-character for most of the game this time. God only knows what kind of destructive choices Rob will make when the long🌼-anticipated game finally drops.

The first episode of Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet premiered at PAX South 2020 for a reason — its plot centers on a game-dev studio, headed by Rob's character: Ian Grimm. The first look proved hopeful, as it was equal parts entertaining and refreshing, delivering both comedy and a fre🍒sh look at the industry on the big screen.

While a bit psychopathic, Rob's murderous romp through The Last of Us was just a small sampling of why the actor-producer is actually a great ambassador for taking the gaming industry into mainstream TV. Throughout the Q&A after the premiere, Rob, Ashly Burch, and Charlotte Nicdao each showed not just competence about the subtleties of the industry, but respect for it too. For those interested, Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet will release to the publi🌳c on February 7th — all episodes ava🍸ilable at once on Apple TV+.
